where the hell is our center back?
the dutch boys were linking up well!
Schalke looked good scoring those 2 nice goals at Emirates for there away Schalke fans, good stuff for them.
We are missing a power forward. A finisher. We had one and we lost him.
well we lost a power forward and a rock in midfield simply the arsenal way. ( cesc, nasri, rvp, song, cliche) Replacements not that good except for cazorla.

I don't see anyone replacing what RVP used to do for Arsenal. Not just score, but score when it mattered most. Flash back to how we concluded last season that got us to 3rd place. Gervinho is on/off and unpredictable. I think we should allow Giroud to start few games in a row to gather his confidence and maybe sub him with Gervinho. Giroud is a great threat in the air. Also, we need Gibbs back soon if Arsenal wants to see itself going anywhere at all.
schalke looking great
The Dutch are animals...

Am i the only one that rather see Arshavin start than Ramsey... This Arsenal team sucks so much its not even funny anymore. People can call me a fake fan if they want but i miss the days when teams were scared to face the gunners. No way in hell we finishing 4th with guys like Ramsey and Santos(would make a better midfielder than Ramsey) starting..
i totally agree.. arshavin is an amazing player i dont get why he doesnt play in league matches regularly.. also ramsey is a good player but hes too careless right now. i just feel like arsenal now dont even wanna try to get a win.. the last two league games theyve been dreadful except for a couple of them
bad day at the office - we need some fresh ideas and a bit of desire in the play...
I heard Steve Bould comments after the game saying that they would be happy with a 0-0 game but they shouldn't as arsenal have to beat teams like this to be known as still great but with huntelaar and afellay performance can't blame them for hoping for a 0-0 but to win trophies you have to beat these teams more teams are better then them (Schalke)
*sigh* Damn content mafia!
I saw some highlights of this. They were all provided by Schalke...wonder what happened, Arsenal have been weirdly unpredictable this season. Good for Affelay to be with Schalke (if temporarily) I think.
I actually recon he will stay there. I mean seriously, why would Barcelona want him back? They have Tello and Delofeu as upcoming talents and those two cost less than one Affelay. I guess after this season he will be staying at Schalke for about 10million, given that Huntelaar actually signs a new contract at Schalke.
Would probably be a smart move. Some money for us to invest in, erm, a goal keeper or a defender, and regular starts for a good player in a position where we have too many for him to actually get more than the occasional 75th-minute appearance.

I like Ibra for Barca. It's good to have variety in the squad and not just players that learn how to play one way. Tello and Cuenca are exact replicas, and Delofeu has a few years before getting into the first team.

Alas, Ibrahim is doing better playing full matches instead of last 15 min.
I dont understand how making subs at 80 mins is going to change anything

Wow. I think Andre Santos needs to have a nice, long vacation from left back. Schalke's every move down that flank looked dangerous because of his sloth and ineptitude. I'd take a hustling youth player who wasn't afraid of getting stuck in over this guy. We have enough technical ability elsewhere.
