Wow... just wow... that was an awful game by bolton relative to their previous games. I guess lady luck just wasnt on our side! With a player of Chung yong lee's class out, I can understanf why it may have been difficultfor them to snatch a victory but regardless, I'm sorely dissappointed by a Bolton loss.
great reflex save!
cahill to blame cause bolton gk could have saved it. sunderland now must defeat manchester utd 0-4 at old trafford cause they beat us 0-3 at home. chelsea is better than man utd.
Nice header from danny welbeck
both teams played pretty good football.
Sunderland get in front and defend well for the rest of the game. Solid performance on both sides
Asamoha!!!! just talent

I dont think bolton played average like most people vote, its just that sunderland played awesome... and bolton had a great game too, except the result
wow... what a quality game, especially if u see this after watching wast ham - blackburn highlights... sunderland have finally got a very good team, probably the best one that i've seen in my lifetime...
Gordons save=My save of the season.
So similar to Dudeks against Shevchenkos.
To get a hand to that and lift it over just seems impossible.
Sunderland surprises again with a win over a solid Bolton team. The Black Cats certainly have the talent to challenge for a European place this year along with the Trotters.
Welbeck has a bit of talent, i hope he keeps up the hard work:)
what a good f*****g game, shows you how strong the premier league is.

I can't believe they didn't mention the Seamen save.
and that Montgomery save; Fabianski had an identical save against Wigan in the Carling Cup back in 2008 or something like that
Yeah it was against wigan, we won 3-0, By far the best save at the emirates till date!
brave header from welbeck
Becoming a big fan of Sunderland, they work hard and play well together. Big fan of Steve and always have been. Soft spoken, wise, and fierce when he needs to be.
