Darn I really wonder what happened 2 the Arsenal I like
back in the good 'ol days (7-8 years or so, lol) when people asked me how 2 describe football I told them 2 watch a game of Arsenal.
Arsenal played amazing football backin the days with Henry, overmars, bergkamp, ...

I hope those days come back

Cheers 4 the victory though :) sorry 4 the critics I like Arsenal a lot that's why I can't take it when they play bad
Why are u a fan of real madrid instead of barcelona if u liked the way arsenal use to play lol
Good job Udinese. Arsenal needs help.........fast.

Arsenal played like s**t.udinese definitely deserved a better result
szczesny was an excellent keeper...good job for both team...
lucky for arsenal they scored so early
every team wants to play us now. because we are having on and off the pitch problems. transfer saga, injuries and suspensions all surrounded us in very start of the season.
I am happy we still managed to win this game because our players are not mentally ready to start the season.
for second leg i hope we manage to go through or we will be in more trouble. Wenger must spend money if he wants us to compete with big teams this season.
udinese were very unlucky, they had some great chances, great shots, just didn't go there way, really too bad, but Arsenal got the first and only goal early and got them the win, but ya, we'll see 2nd playoff game should be good

Going to be a long season if Arsenal keep this kind of play up. On that Armero run, what exactly happened with the Arsenal defense? People jogging, not even making a stab...just watched him by. Hoping Arsenal pull it together before the window closes.

1-0... good luck on Saturday when Suárez puts Arsenal to the ground.
I think a simple "good luck" would suffice...

Arsenal have been in the Champions League over a decade straight now. They'll deal with the threat Udinese pose. Got enough quality there for now. Wenger, however, if he wants to get out of the groups needs to bolster his squad, not just because of a lack of quality but what about injuries/colds around the busy christmas time? You're going to get them, will he have enough good quality, first team players to get through to the later stages?

I suppose only time will tell
RVP will be back for the second leg... I expect a goal fest..
This game was a testimony towards the kind of season Udinese had in Serie A, seeing them play against Arsenal was a pleasure but I have to admit that they certainly didn't look like they were out of their depths, on the contrary I'd go as far as to say they were the better team (at least from what I've seen of the highlight!) they were unlucky at some points and perhaps got caught napping by Arsenal in the opening minutes something I believe they won't surely make a repeat of at home and also the drive in the first minutes by Arsenal was mainly down to them underestimating their opponents and that self-belief they had but I bet all of that must've been drained out of them, after that exhausting game.

It promises to be an entertaining game when Arsenal play in Udineses home turf, which I think will play a big role in determining the outcome of that game. Udi will most likely push for a equalizer first and if they get one then Arsenal run the risk of collapsing on themselves (as we all know Italian teams are good at defending) I can't wait for that game since it has the potential of being the first big surprise of the season or some sort of conformation that Arsenal still are a team of a high caliber and could do well without Fabregas and Nasri (two huge losses, if you ask me!).

If you saw the match we also had lots of chances potentially, but it was chamakh who kept breaking up our plays with his poor touch and passing. Once RVP is back, there will be a goal fest.
Good luck to udinese if they can play that well at the Emirites i think it is still possible to get a good result at home and qualify, it would be a shame not to after working so hard for a top four finish, they really deserve it

AC Milan held us 0-0 in knock out stages few seasons ago but we went to win 2-0 in san siro.
anything is possible in football. and Arsenal are always threat if they are in home of away doesn't matter.
