I attend games regularly and it's clear that Torres has a psychological problem in front of goal but he has been working so hard for the team and his performances have improved a great deal recently. He has been great at holding the ball up and bringing others into play - such as his recent performance against Man United where he has Ferdinand chasing shadows. He doesn't have a great number of assists (but I'm sure more than most strikers) but a goal isn't created by just two players.

One thing that has impressed me about Torres is that despite constant criticism and jeering from opposition supporters, he has continued to work tirelessly and chase every loose ball. He has shown amazing strength of character as he never gives up and the fans love him for that.

He may not start banging the goals in regularly but it's clear from recent performances that the players have more confidence in him and most importantly that he has more confidence in himself.

holding the ball up well? i suppose you are watching the man city vs chelsea game and torres' first half performance? he has lost the ball everytime it has been played to him!
Considering I wrote that 5 hours ago how can I be commenting on the Man City game? In fact Torres played well tonight. holding it up and chasing down defenders! You obviously don't watch Chelsea games. Think before you write :S
Socer a goal is easy contiune is hard Keep Up Torres
i actually feel relieved for torres.
bluesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
Happy for Torres. As soon as I see him doing this consistently, then we can say he's gaining his ol form back.
Pray for Muamba
