Are we in yet this season guys?... To be frank we used to sent B team for this kinda match and still come out 3 - 0 no offense for cluj team they r playing great but we used to be much better. Are we getting soft? Quality investments, top scores of EPL, experience midfielders, rock defense, youth talents, best manager in the world. So my question is what kinda crap is this? Please bring us back the fearsome "Red Devil" GGMU
Ok then I want to see you get your ass up off your spinny computer chair and go play in an away match in Romania, and score some goals...

Your team wins and people like you still whine and moan..

Great first team goal from Cluj and yet some people think Van Persie's last goal was way better, when really both goals are almost equally spectacular in their own way.
Just shows how much lack of respect fans have for other teams..
Cluj gave Man U a run for their money and had good game for a team worth E15 mil with a budget of E10mil compared that to Man U being a team worth over E150mil and with a budget over E70mil.
Yet with all that, Man U were awesome in the eyes of some, while Cluj was rubbish...when infact it was the other way around, if people were to take into claculation the huge difference value of Man U.
Ignorance is bliss.
By your logic players need huge transfer fees to determine their quality? Basel beat us last year with unknowns, suddenly their youngsters get sold for millions to clubs like bayern.

Bilbao is historically a massive team in spain, but havent been in the trophy scene in ages. They beat us and it's so "shocking" given our stature and wealth..then a player of theres gets sold to bayern for 40 million. Just because your players werent bought for massive sums doesnt mean they lack quality and there is shame in not trouncing them 5-0. This is football not video games. Winning is never easy, especially not in champions league

It's not by my logic, it is infact like that.
The whole logic is used by all top clubs who have money.
Basel, Atheltic Bilbao and other teams beat Man U not cos they were the same quality as Man U players, but because they were better motivated than Man U players.
It's obvious that every team that is in the Champions League has some particular amount of quality, but there's a gap between some amount of quality and a lot of quality..
This is due to the quality of 2 or 3 players in the case of Basel, the rest of the team played with motivation and it is likewise in the case of Athletic B.
But even with 2 or 3 players with quality, they still can't compare to Man U, simply because Man U is fully packed with quality.
So, for a small team such as CFR Cluj in this case, it is a great acheievement that they did so well against the likes of Man U and it would be a nice gesture from Man U fans to respect their opponents and not the other way around.
Btw...my comment does not state complaints about winning and losing, or about being easy or not, but about the lack of respect from some Man U fans towards their opponents.
You simply missunderstood my comment, and it's ok it happens.
Maybe you'll be more vigilant next time.
Oh i see your point, you were critical of some of the fans attitudes. Cluj played well, and they deserve respect for keeping the game so competitive. I agree.

But my point still stands that you cannot just assume they dont have quality because you never heard of them. Im sure they were motivated but they are champions of romania, and had to beat some strong teams to even have a shot at getting to the group stages. Yes i know utd have more famous names and bigger wages and such but you get my point.
its funny how rvp is now excelling at club level, yet huntelaar will soon become the dutch all time top scorer for the national side!
f**k you van persie :( why are you playing well

I think the level of competition needs to be taken into account. Given that United have lost 2 already, I think the support should not use this match as a gauge.
go troll somewhere else- who cares, we aren't playing great, but whats it to you?! United through thick and thin!
+1
Loving the Rooney RVP pair, the goals will flow. just need to have the rest of the team settle down and play. our defense is scaring me a bit. doesnt help with all the injuries, but we need to step it up
How vanpersie scores these goals is beyond me! U are something else son
look like RVP is saving ManU like how he save Arsenal last season !!!
+1
The pass is more impressive than the goal itself - from a pure footballing perspective I feel.
although we aren't playing great- gotta love seeing Rooney and RVP on the same team sheet!
+1
rooney 2 assists
RVP 2 goals
they're turning out to be the next best duo !!

Man Utd need to buy Some players in January: -

Nani = James Rodrigues
Evens and Rio = Subotic or Hummels
Scholes / Carrick = DE ROSSI or Felipe Melo or Marcos Senna

Hernandez = Radamel Falcao or Edinson Cavani
+1
lol @ man u buying falcao or cavani. good luck with that, as well as becoming just like city
+2
Lol this isn't FIFA...
+5
haha how tf is hernandez equal to falcao or cavani?
I dont see any of these buys happening except for rio's replacement. we do need a center back replacement because jones isnt ready to fill his shoes.
haha. doing hernandez + money will still come out to 50mil bare minimum. if they're injured. dortmund won't part with Hummels or Subotic, though of the two, you need a Hummels type. your lack of pace at the back is astounding at times. and scholes and carrick have been your two best mids so far this season. it's really just your defense. you've had a s**t ton of injuries, which never helps, but the play of Rio, Evra, and Evans has been shocking.
+1
Subotic and Hummels !!! Lol good luck with that, BVB is a big club and they wouldn't let their great center back pair go !!!
Zub122 why don't we replace the entire team then? De Gea for Casillas, Rooney for Messi, Valencia for Cristiano Ronaldo, Young for Di Maria, Scholes for Xavi, Sir Alex for Mourinho??
Get over yourself man!
Laziest wishlist ever, we have no chance getting most of them, and why shouod we clear out our entire team?? We need enhancements not wholesale changes.
except united defence, i think the midfielders and fowards had great game.

Would be great replacement to get Hummules or Subotic on place of Rio and evens.

and James Rodrigues on Nani

keep nani. he was the best player last year i thought
Nani is finished. he can't develop more. He is always inconsistent, average crosser. Valencia and young is much better as a winger.
Defender is not a priority. There are already smalling, Jones, buttner, wotton, keane, vidic, ferdinand, rafael.
Midfielder is TOP Priority. Rely on Scholes and Giggs is not an option anymore. Maybe for Big Game but other than that ManUnited midfielder is average. It's time for new era.
When Nani came he was a left winger played great blasted goals from outside assisted in goals. Giggs was playing great in that position too and wasn't ready to retire so they moved Nani to Right wing since he is both left and right footer. Then they get Valencia a great Right winger but can only play right side so they move Nani to the left and then they get Young who only plays left side and is right footed (His moves are becoming too predictable in EPL) so in all this Nani is the one bounced around and the season him with his leading assist and Berba with his goals carried the team they didn't even get to start the Final against Barca. I know Nani isnt playing well now but I also know a bunch of people who love watching Nani play why I asked and some said because he is very unpredictable and we know he has speed and skills to match to which I totally agree.
Van United!
roo10 + 10 = ROBIN VAN PERFECT :)
if it werent for RVP united would be nothing this year. funny how he is now carrying united
+1
Thats the same as me saying if there wasn't Drogba you guys wouldn't have won CL last year!..Don't be stupid every player plays an important part for there team. I would say the only exception is Messi for Barca, he's a bit special and honestly don't think they would be as good without him.
+3
thats cause it was because of drogba lol we defended well but we needed him to score and he did. united arent defending well all they have to save them is RVP outscoring other teams on his own
+1
^yer stupid. simple.
+1
Chelsea trolls would be nothing without Matt93.
+2
i dont think its an insult if one player outscores other teams, most teams have one main goal scorer. you might be jealous we got RVP i think
nah, mate... why would he be jealous when he has fernando banging em in every week?!
im stating the fact that RVP is carrying your team lol i dont see how that shows jealousy.
fernando torres, without him we wouldnt have half the goals we do. his link up play is exceptional and he always takes a defender out of the game. pitty everyone only remembers the 50mill pricetag
