What Neymar lacks is Stamina, once he goes to bigger clubs like Rm or Barcelona or other, that play 3-4 games in one week, then they'll realize he is only available for max of 2 of those games. And even then his performance will be limited. But he is an awesome skilled player.

He is very young, 20 years old, still learning. He is only the 4th player in history to have scored 100 career goals before turning 20, the first 3 were Pelé, Maradona and Ronaldo (brazilian). It's not necesarily relevant but it does tell you that his skills are really something special, he is no Denilson or Robinho, he will do well. I think it is a good thing he develops in his country, there will be time for him in Europe, Spanish Liga is the league that suits him the most and RM and Barca, the only 2 clubs that can afford him in Spain, are full with players right now.
He has got to watch out for the people he is around with mostly, from what I heard he is really being used as marketing product already. It turned out well for Ronaldo, might not turn out so well for everyone...
