How about support the new players involved in team and the manager so England can do better, there is to much pressure in England football. How about support more and be more excited about new talented player involved in the squad. Let the player feel more confortable and relax you will see better results for England.

Based on the highlights alone I'm not terribly impressed. Bulgaria are not exactly top-tier opposition. The first goal was lucky / sloppy, the second one was decent. Only the third goal approached awesome. And did the commentator mention that England scored four goals against Bulgaria last year, too?

I'm not hating, I'm just evaluating from limited evidence. Let's see how this team handles better opponents.
