I think its safe to say that since it was in her arm firmly and the person was tussling with her, they gave her the benefit of the doubt. Did the ball cross? I'd say at least 90% of it did, but hey
It's a foul anyway, you cant tackle the ball in when it's in the goalkeeper's arms!

It crossed the line AFTER the incoming striker pushed her and the ball in. Which won't count.

Not only was the Canadian player offside, but she kicked the ball when it was in the keeper's hands. So it doesn't matter if the ball crossed the line, because it wouldn't have counted as a goal or at least shouldn't have counted as one, which it did not... And I realized that I wasted my time writing this...
Anyway, that was a very good save! :)
