definitely a penalty for Brazil. Don't think it was meant as a cross because there was simply no one in the far post to cross it to and at that level you don't just cross without looking; also Dos Santos has done goals like that in the past!

Brazil is in need of an organizer, with more maturity than Oscar. Neymar was dropping way too much back of his comfort zone. Sure this is only the Olympics and I hope they realize that; this young team needed Kaka in the field! Don't be fooled though this is not the Brazil you will see in a couple of years ;)

Gio never crosses balls like that, when he does a cross the ball makes a curve direction. Notice how he stays calm watching the ball to see it hit the far post wondering if it would actually go in. Plus Chicharito was nowhere near that far post and he's not 7 ft tall to reach the "cross". This shot was a chip just like he has done with Barcelona, Racing Santander. And i know you've seen the chip he did vs USA.

I really hate that Gio goal. Don't get me wrong, it was a brilliant chip but Brasil's right-back allowed it to happen with that arrogant defending.

Yeah, don't pressure a fast, attacking player who can put the ball behind the net and get his teammates in on attacks. Just squat down at a distance and expect him to screw up.

Argentina's strikers are quite better than Mexican's, but Mexican's defenders are QUITE better then the ones playing for Argentina.

Brazil's passing game looks terrible. They run into men in the midfield too much whereas they should be passing before the defenders get too tight. The midfielders also arent giving the player with the ball someone to pass to. Seems like a team of strikers

It's never a friendly against brasil. Not for any team and especially not for mexico. Brasil and mexico have a bit of a rivalry so its always a good game to watch. The only luck that mexico got was the ref not calling a penalty for brasil. Other than that, brasil missed some not so obvious chances. Fully deserved win for mexico over a brasil team that is trying young players in preparation for the olympics
