I can't be the only person to thoroughly enjoy City's absolute failure in Europe, surely?

It may be out of jealousy, I admit, but I can't stand that team. I hate them almost as much as I loath Arsenal and Chelsea. Mancini, Tevez, Mario, Aguero and Yaya I like, the rest, I'd like to break into their homes and urinate on them while they sleep. Then run. Very fast. If Kompany caught me he'd head-butt me to death with that lightbulb head of his. Not the way to go.

I like how so many Bayern fans including me are supporting Dortmund, not like preamier league where every supporter hates the other Treams and always hope that the Rivals are losing even on UCL!

Great result for City. It was as if they were playing for it. The Europa League is an embarrassment and UEFA planning to shelve it from 2014-15 proves it. Gives them all the time to focus on the PL now. It was a horribly tough group, but just 3 points is a very poor tally.
Dortmund could easily be the surprise champions this year.

Europa league is no embarrassment lets not get cocky here if city would have qualified for europa and say winning it....it would have lifted them to a higher pot and now they have failed so there is a high probability they get a group of death next season too it dint benefit them anyway

Why is the EL an embarassement. It is the competition for the smaller clubs in europe. You don't care but there other who care about the EL.

And don't forget how Bilbao embarassed you in your own yards or Atletico in the supercup final against Chelsea

The Europa league is played by roughly 35 countries including many of the smaller footballing nations and those that do not get money blown up their ass by rich oil sheiks.
