Missed Barton big time, not like that would of changed the outcome.
It'd be fun to watch Elmander transfer to Spartak, and then play against Bolton in the Champions League.
HAHA colocini got a red
YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY! I love the handball the player from Newcastle did haha It looked like a trick! Hehe
This is a great win for bolton. I don't think that anyone would have expected them to be 5th at this time in the season.
Alot of respect to Bolton, after a performance like that to tie for 5th I think they are seriously a force to be reckoned with.

Same goes for Stoke tying for 6th after scoring 3 goals against the Baggies.

Unfortunately, those two teams are City's next opponents in the Premiership. Should be good games!
owen coyle for manager of the month! they are miles better than the long ball teams from the past couple years. Newcastle are a much tougher team to gauge...very inconsistent
great news for bolton fans, elmander has been offered a new contract that will keep him at least one year more at bolton, lee had already signed a 4 year contract at the start of this season, only top player they might lose in january is gary cahill although he has said he doesn't want to go, so i think this season they will at least reach europa league, if at best champions league...
Newcastle were awful at the back, Collocini inparticular. What's happened to Elmander? He was crap the last two seasons but now he can't stop scoring!
Davies > Carroll , but Carroll is still a good FW
Horror show from Newcastle. Really shows how thin the squad is when we lose our best players to injury/suspension.

Bolton look a good side under Coyle, but some of the Newcastle defending was diabolical.

No complaints about the 1st penalty... Nolan was stupid.

The second penalty was never a foul though. (even though the game was over then).
..and the 2nd goal was offside, i thought. that completely changed the game.

not trying to make excuses though, the goal came about from some terrible decision making by Newcastle's defence.
In owen coyle we trust
bolton is playing really well.... elmander is just unstoppable
elmander looking....... good ha he's been amazing lately bolton playing great and holden has been amazing this season as well and he's the only new starter they've picked up since last season........ hmmmmmmmmm
Owen Coyle has Bolton playing some slick football, and Elmander is unplayable now, the fact that bolton have playmakers in Holdon , Lee, they compliment Elmander its a real amazing thing they are combining playing entertaining with getting 3 points, what was with the Newcastle players trying to hurt and injure Elmander, very weird. Keep it up Bolton and its nice to see the Reebok more fun and that Bolton residents have a great team to now cheer. Bolton in TOP4 and deserved
