We won, regardless of the injuries we had. Granted that gomez kept us in the game but he is 1 of the 11 that made the result happen.

It wasn't a very good game, but with that lineup in there. I am happy for three points. Jermain Defoe needs to get back together and start scoring. I was very happy with Corluka's performance, I thought that slide tackle was clean. Blackburn worked very hard and are going to be a handful for any team.

A tough trip up North for Spurs, but what matters is the 3 points. Gomes was brilliant, and this is when you see that a top keeper can earn you at least an extra 12 points per season...

We are so incredibly lucky (not to diminish Gomes' blinder). 5pts behind Man City with a game in hand. 2pts behind Chelsea. 4pts ahead of Sunderland with a game in hand and 6pts on Liverpool. We are by no means safe but we could still get into the CL again. Assuming that one of our strikers could actually strike. COYS!

Blackburn really deserved to win...Lack of luck and some good saves from Gomez decided this one. I think Tottenham struggled because they didn't have Bale and Modric playing, which is kind of worrying: quality bench players, that's what the Spurs need.
