Birmingham could have one but mancity should be thankful to shay given and their defence is simply pathethic for the price paid for it

That is the best 0-0 I've seen this season. Pulsating and frantic with plenty of chances. Shay Given at his best but Birmingham will still feel hard done by to not win this one. Ferguson's second booking was insane! Why on earth did he do that?!

Manchester City needs to stop messing around with the ball on their third of the pitch cause it just about cost them 2 goals. Where was their offense the whole game by the way? They are considerably a much better team overall then Birmingham city but didnt play to their full potential

Shay makes his mark again! Great game for him...his squad was borderline lazy.

Shay Given is a legend but otherwise City should play better. Kompany I believe is better in midfield and I mean really, city have enough defenders to not need him there. Any way good effort from Birmingham.

Birmingham Deserve a win here to be honest it was all one way

Great match from Shay Given. Despite what most are saying here, i probably wouldn't say because of the penalty, ofcourse it's nice to save one, but the shot was tame and a pretty easy save. A lot of other great saves though, especially the one where he reacts quickest to get back on his feet and pounce on the ball just before the Birmingham player reached it. Either way, decent match from both teams, no doubt about the penalty, and the red card was just stupid, and I'm guessing the coach will have a serious word with him.
