One word...LEGEND!
Great come back :p
That's how we know Steve G best! .. With a hard and accurate shot straight into the corner. Booom! Liverpool victory ;)
Typical Gerrard
Yeesh... Lucas needs to stop bitching and just play the game.
4 players to look out this seoson- gerrard n torres(obviously), glen johnson n aquilani( cuz i don like lucas in that alonso role)
lucas needs to go bck to star wars
hes sooooooooooooooooo waste
gerard agaim
man, liverpool really needs to work on their defense.. horrible defense
yeah man
Ha what were they doing for the first goal! crazy, Lucas is a liability if they want to win it this season.
When Agger is back, its gonna be a more solid defense. I don't think that Jamie Carragher is that good anymore. He makes alot of bad mistakes wich cost liverpool very importent points, eg. against Tottenham. He's is too old and slow now. All the younger strikers are just running past him like if he wasn't there :( .
Gerrard comes to the rescue once again
the three players who made the goals are the best players in liverpool everyone in his line ..
Jhonson in Def.
Gerrard in Mid.
Torres in Att.
nice game by Liverpool .. wish the best for them =D
lol red card..as simple as that..
I hope Rafa doesn't put in Lucas for a while. Liverpool does better without him.
He makes mistakes but trial by fire is important and all this play could force him to step up. For me the jury is still out on Lucas. But I still think we took the wrong young Midfielder from Brazil, the guy to take was Thiago Neves! A good replacement for Babel or Riera (as far as i am concerned).
to say lucas is rubbish is paying him a compliment, yet rafa gets rid of jermaine pennant, good squad player who looked lively everytime he played, yet lucas gets a run every week..i dont understand..play someone else please
Pennant was rubbish as well. At least Lucas is young and full of potential. Pennant was old and full of himself.
Benayoun deserves a start every match. He is so hungry to score and set up goals that he puts Lucas to shame. Both Kuyt and Benayoun would sprint around all day, chasing lost cause balls and generally putting great pressure on the opponents
Kuyt, Benayoun and Gerrard are currently the only highlights of our Midfield.

I would add Mascherano but I was not impressed with his off season grumblings and wish to go to Barcelona. In my opinion if someone wishes to go they should be shown the door that includes Babel.
I don't see why Rafa doesn't start Benayoun in place of Lucas with Reira and Kuyt on the wings.

Oballer: I agree with showing a player the door if he doesn't want to stay, but can you blame Babel? The kid has amazing potential and is not a liability yet can't crack the starting 11
