I really hope to see Belgium at the 2014 WC, their individual stars are really worth watching. Witsel is a beast.

Belgium dominated almost the whole game but were not able to achieve their domination. Too many wasted chances. We are missing a "killer player" in front to score important goals. Croatia defended well and scored on their first chance, but could also win the game with their last corner. I think it will be a tough group with also Serbia.

belgium has great quality, as individuals and not as a whole. average performance for both teams. croatia comes out on top of this one, scored 1 away goal and have another to play at home. this group will be interesting. group of death

I thought both teams were average. One might say Belgium was very good for being the 60th-something rated team in the world, but I already picture us in the top 10, so a 1-1 at home against our biggest rivals to win this group isn't good enough. The fact we dominated the game but still couldn't create enough clear-cut chances was a bit frustrating. Witsel, Dembélé and Defour were all mediocre and didn't pass well, but that was because the Croatian players did an excellent job pressurizing our midfielders.
