Muller is the weak link in the Bayern front. He is out of shape athletically and physically. Needs to spend a year at least with the reserver squad. I don't think Loew should waste a spot to take Muller to the EM this time around. He is just too weak all around for some reason, and doesn't give more than 60% on any game. Even when he plays 15 minutes, you can see his work rate is too low.

I love Mueller and he is an integral part of the Bayern team.
Unfortunately you are right, this season he was pretty weak so far.. but I want to see how he will do in the EC first, before I come to a final conclusion.

muller i believe is tired. hes played nearly every single game for germany and bayern since his introduction of the first team back at the beginning of 2010. hes only missed 4-5 games.

Mullers presence up front is a huge factor for most of our games. He has a work rate that alot of players at Bayern lack. When people start to lose steam he keeps running and pressing players and that makes everyone elses job in the midfield that much easier.

ah come on give this guy a break :) one bad season isn't that dramatic. look at bastian some seasons ago and how he revived. thomas will surely find his form again

Bayern Munich are in great form, they beat us and now playing in the league which they already lost and not playing some key players they still look very dangerous. I hope they play well in the final being at home would be key for them.

not necessarily. Badstuber and Alaba will be replaced by defenders. luiz gustavo I believe will miss as well. Its possible that he would be replaced by tymoschuk instead of shifting kroos back since kroos isn't that great at defending

I think Van Buyten-Boateng in the middle of defense, Schweine-Tymo in the central midfield and kroos behind gomez....muller on the bench. Not 100% though of course
