Tello is unbelievably good. He is so confident and skilled for such a young and inexperienced (in first division at least) player. I'm glad Spain has a bright future with such great talent being brought up by the clubs. Good job Barcelona with their farm system but Hala Madrid! :D

On a lighter note, I wanted to see the black cat that ran across the field during the game...
messi needs to move to england PL, he will "explode" there...swansea maybe?

are you high man? XD

lol messi to swawsea.. nope he is fine where he is playing talented football at barcelona
I'm surprised how many people watched this just to see Vela's goal!

Vela come back to West Brom

barca always wins because dani alves was in nomination for the best actor and best comic role both
so does boobsquestos.....
Fakefootballfan morelike..
I know it's not easy supporting a team unable to hold on to a 3-0 lead at home against a team that got kicked out of Europe by the mighty Basel.

Still, I don't think the solution is trolling the Barcelona forums and regurgitating other people's stupid comments in lower-intermediate English. There's more to Footytube, let alone life.

fernando torres, thats all u have to tell a chelsea troll.

That Tello kid is really good, he should start over Alexis Sanchez most games, Tello is a better passer of the ball and cant understand better with most players, Sanchez just wants to go through everybody, someone needs to tell him that he's not Messi. Cool Finish by Vela but Barca dominated the whole match. Another thing I was shocked to see Messi missed when he passed by the goalie... he usually makes those.

I respect your analysis

messi definitly played well in terms of creating chances, finishing was poor but hopefully that late goal means that he is back to scoring form
I really hope Madrid would b beaten by some team so we can catch out 2 them, Barca still d best team in d world n Messi d king Lio
lets see.... difficult days for Barca are coming ahead
Yeah we play in Pamplona next... Never easy there.
I see you two have a "thing" going on there Lol
No, what Real Madrid does is their problem. Barca should just win games...that is what we should do.

the one who rated Barca rubbish im sure he never saw this match
Barca had so many chances, they missed like 4-5 goals this match.
if a team creat so many chances he cant be "rubbish"
they weren't amazing caus they missed their chances but tat is not rubish.
I think there is a team in Madrid, mybe its his fans who rated rubbish, mybe they didnt watch their game against Getafe, that is what i call rubbish
I rated Barca as 'Awesome'... and perhaps you should consider buying a dictionary. I mean.. Mybe you shud buy dictionnary, diffikult to understand yu.

How can you tell someone to buy a dictionary and u cant spell 'difficult' ?????...... lol

Great job from the youngsters. Messi could of done more but he needs to be rested. Should of not played the whole game if the valencia match is lurking around the corner.
Nice job vela.

We had only 4 players from last year's first team in the starting lineup this game. The new generation of talents is hungry for trophies . They will only get better. I wanna see some more of Sergi Roberto and Montoya. Montoya should have played for Dani Alves.

- You know there's something wrong with some people voting when both teams get mostly awesome AND rubbish votes with an almost 50/50 distribution...neither team was neither, but it never seems to play out that way (the "average" vote is hugely unpopular), especially with Barça. Haters gon' hate and fanboys gon' fanboy.

- I think it was a mixed performance by Barcelona. Playing twice every week (including in the 2 weeks to come) takes its toll, especially on Messi, Alves and other players who barely ever get rested. No Xavi OR Iniesta is a gamble. In terms of posession and creating chances this was a good game. In terms of defensive attentiveness and finishing not so. The win is certainly deserved when you look at the stats.

- While he makes the odd mistake, I think Pep knows what he's doing. We might be in a bit of a transformative stage; Xavi and Puyol are not getting younger, and Villa might also not get back to his World Cup form. At the same time, Cuenca, Tello, Dos Santos and of course Thiago are getting better and they might become leading first-team players. If what we're seeing is not a fourth straight Liga title, I'm convinced it's at least a lot of solid groundwork for the next five years being done.

Great analysis! I agree with everything.

I'm still looking for a reasonable answer for the rating Barcelona gets whether they win 9-0, draw, win 2-1, lose ...
is it possible some people have not figured out how the rating system work yet !!!

haters, haters everywhere. Apparently if barca doesn't win 5+ goals difference with the subs, is a rather average or lucky game. Others just need one lucky goal ahead.
