Ray Hudson sounds soooo out of place doing commentary on football games! The phrases he uses are all from American football and basketball and just sound really stupid in these situation. The other guy's voice was also pretty annoying. I silenced the video because these guys were kind of ruining it for me. I'm sure they know plenty about the sport, I just can't stand listening to them talking about it!

Are you kidding me with that Alba play?! Beautiful if it was onside, but that was burutal. The guys like 2 strides offside when Villa touches the ball. The goal killed the game.

I'll say it again: Long-range goals get too much recognition (although great strikes are a great thing) compared to brilliant plays ending with tap-ins. Pause the video at 5:55; you see Vigo have a 3-3-3 in their own half which leaves some space out wide on the right, but nowhere else. Xavi receives the ball near the half-way line and it's not even close to a chance at this point. At 06:00 Iniesta has the ball with his back to almost the entire Vigo squad which has now shifted into 2 lines of 4 men. He disables the first line of defense with one single turn and passes to Villa who's now alongside the second line.

What happens then is incredible. Stop the video at 6:06, and you'll notice that Villa has now drawn BOTH lines of defense and that there are 8 (EIGHT) field players positioned closer to the goal than Iniesta. Yet right now, Villa plays the back heel and since the eight Vigo players are all moving slowly, this allows Iniesta to run past BOTH lines at once, drawing three defenders and yet playing the perfect pass to Villa who's found space between five defenders himself.

No one else involved. Messi barely distracted the defense, the other 7 field players watched from afar. This is EASILY my goal of the week, f#ck some nice shot from 30 yards out, if I may say so.

Just feel messi was a bit selfish there.. villa was waiting for the ball the whole time. I cant help to think of when he was mad because villa delayed a pass in the other match... - my opinion.

Good to see the team keeping the winning streak as athletico madrid slipped. I hope adriano is well as we are still short at the back last thing we want to see is him joining the injury list. Bartra is playing well beyond expectation - which is good to see.

Messi could not make it because the goalkeeper did not commit. Usually Messi chips the ball when the goalkeeper commits. He should have created space by making lateral run or find the gap between legs instead of getting too close to him. He knows better than me, of course :-) yes, easier said than done. He is human !!
