Arteta has gotten into a little slump...I'd rather see him benched than Ramsey.
Can't wait for Wilshere to offer more options in midfield...

Would really like to see the wingers/CAM take some of the pressure off of RVP in terms of scoring...
Arteta is in no slump, he is doing what the team needs. Just because a player is not scoring or doing much going forward, it doesnt mean that they are not playing well.
Well not worst result for Arsenal or Fulham, both goalies made some good saves and Arsenal did get own goal, Vermaelen goal the tying goal later to redeem him self which was good
First time I have seen a Chelsea fan maybe praising Arsenal?Anyway, thanks :D
That's clinical finishing at both ends of the field by Vermaelen. RVP didn't score a goal. He must be out of form.
+1
I guess Messi out of form too.
bro he was complementing RVP, c'mon..
yeah gunner....fail
two great finishes!!!
Time to bench Arteta.

Arsenal has Song, Ramsey, Wilshere, Diaby, Rosicky, Frimpong, Benayoun whom I think are all better than slow-ass Arteta. I don't see why Wenger plays him every game.
+2
That is Wilshere's spot when he gets back, but i agree with you, until then, bring in Benayoun or Rosicky.
+2
I would completely disagree. Arteta offers us a lot more stability when we need to close out a game. He can control the pace and is very involved. Benayoun and rosicky might offer something different but they won't be the ones throwing in the tackles and manning up when the time calls for it. Sometimes Rosicky is just so lethargic and almost disinterested.
+5
Henrywannabe, correct as far as Arteta but to claim that Rosicky will not man up and tackle is not true at all. I am surprised you would make such a statement. I am not sure who you have been watching as far as being lethargic and disinterested but it is not Rosicky at all.

M.Dembele is a fantastic player

Man, walcott has really stepped it up this season. Guess he stopped playing fifa and actually started practicing instead.

LOL
Fifa 12 < Fifa 11
Somehow they managed to screw with the mechanics of the game enough (mostly the tackling engines) to make it appear realistic.. until you play the game for longer than 5 minutes.. ffffuuuuuuu
Walcott played well last season also but he was hampered by injuries.

Excellent player!
VP was so unlucky!

Looks like robin needs batman ...
but who will be batman? bergkamp? Henry? Christian bale?
Arsenal is looking sooooooo much better than they did at the beginning of the season! For the most part, they're connecting so much better in the attack, but I still think they could use a titch more control..
Unfortunate w**k by Ramsey, but stellar game to watch!

agreed!! hopefully this form increases!

Vermaelen went from villain to hero in the space of a match...must be a record! Still, good to see him redeem himself after that gaffe. Fulham defended pretty well in a match that Arsenal were expected to win easily. Having said that, Arsenal still looked alright considering that they looked tired from their CL game this past week, so a good result for them I guess :).

ramsay should've had a couple, unlucky
The first Vermaelen goal was beautiful!

Haha I know. Its like he was playing against himself out there.

Walcott is a great player and provider for Arsenal, so sorry for Arshavin out of touch.. Fulham well defended but Vermalen had to correct his mistake
