You'd be setting yourself up for heartbreak though - he's another CR7 who has his sights set firmly on Real Madrid as his ultimate desination :( Plus, Giroud has hit his stride, and a front 2 wouldn't suit you guys.

You could try Nani - I think he'd make that RAM berth his own, since both him and Walcott seem to be moving on

some wonderful playmaking moments from Giroud, but as far as finishing is concerned, a few tips from Henry are in order? Can't say I've followed him in every game, but what I've seen. Couldn't hurt if he becomes more clinical.

The 2nd goal was AWESOME!! Giroud's pass was brilliant but Podolski's finish was outstanding. Typical goal from Podolski, a volley with that deadly left foot of his.

is it me or is the whole team full of strikers, except for sagna, in this game. Watching the highlights every player was attacking. All the defenders looked like attackers and all attackers looked like attackers

Great to see Jacko score again and @ The Emirates. Giroud is beginning to lead the team up front and showing his class. If Henry comes back on loan, and Theo extends his contract long term, It'll be a real boost for Arsenal. Title race aint over yet, Arsenal may be hitting top gear at the right time. Well done, Gooners!

Most of the times it's either the best team or the best defensive team that wins the CL. Arsenal is no defensive team so it will demand some great games from Arsenal to win it.

This team can do it though, it's a more complete side than last year, the danger in attack comes from everywhere, even from the bench!
