Koscielny's foul - definite penalty for me, but they should really revise the mandatory red card I think. That's a soft foul to get a red card. The penalty seems enough of a punishment for a foul like that in the box.
Kompany's challenge was clean. Arsenal doesn't need new/better players as much as they need leadership. They need players that want to win and know how to win. That's where Fabregas/Van Persie would've been extremely useful not to mention their skills. Hard to find those kind of players... should've kept them.

Arsene should've known better - a good player is cheaper to keep than to find.
Good thing Kompany's red was overturned. I know as a United fan you'd rather have him out for the next few games, but that would have been a disgrace.

so was koscielny's foul a foul? ha barely and thats with the help of the dive by dzeko. I mean he did bear hug him but still if you have to give a foul it should not have been red.

um and kompany's red? I mean thats obvious if his feet were in the air then why did they end up going underneath wilshere
and it's also obvious that you're a united supporter, and a hell of a biased one at it.

If that was Kompany bear hugging RVP or something, you'd be yelling all day that it's a red. It was a goal scoring opportunity, and if he's the last man it's a red isn't it?

@Kevinmw1 Koscielney hugged the Dzeko when he's through on goal...thats a red card.

@Lelouch You aren't better off saying we are biased.

@WetporridgeCITY not funny

Kevin, what? That was clearly a foul, and I would agree with the red card. If that happened to RVP or Rooney you would be livid if a red card wasn't given. Don't let your support for United make you look this stupid.

Neither of those fouls should have been red cards. Kompany's wasn't even a foul.
I disagree. Koscielney hugging someone who was 1 on 1 with the keeper was a red. Kompany's tackle was well-timed but a dangerous tackle which led the ref to give a red. But anyways, the ref was rubbish the whole game anyways.
Shite ref. Kinda made up for it in the last 20mins.
The damage was already done.
Fifa should deal with these refs. Its f*cking up season after season.
Koscielney red after 10 minutes. I guess hugging is not permitted, huh!!!
Gunner fought hard, City's 11 was just to much for Arsenal's 10.
City's red was called for. Sliding in with two feet! Kompany didn't mean too. Official was loving throwing cards around today.
Thanks for the commentary, we certainly didnt know that.

I agree that kompany's red card was harsh, but from baldy's point of view, kompany was off the ground with 2 feet at one point and he was most likely sent off for that.
Also, gotta love the way kompany is trying to walk it off by acting like he pulled his hamstring. Top marks for failed acting
"They've paid 62 quid over there, go and see them." LOL
the joke's on us

s**t! Accidentally voted Dzeko's goals instead of Milner :'(
Kompany's challenge is just never a red! a brilliant, well-timed tackle, it was a big mistake by Dean !

is that sarcasm? i hope so...

Now we have city fans blaming Koscielney for the red, but they wont blame their players for a reckless tackle. Yes it was well-timed but a dangerous tackle.
Arsenal is the new Liverpool. Champions league looks far away!
sometimes i feel like when arsenal attacks its kind of like we dont really know what we're doing or what we wanna do next... sagna crossing.. can't really cross it.. jus fkin passing the ball around..
"how did the teams perform?" surely I'm not the only one who is confused by this
