kaptn is right Aguirre was sold out. He played the wrong players on purpose because he had 2 way better goalies than perez. It's always been that way in mexico its more about the money than pride and thats why i think mexico will never win a world cup.
Aguirre sold out, as always putting the wrong players to start the first half.
i love how its probably true that higuain stayed on his feet because he wasnt gonna get to take the penalty! HAHAH
Yeah! Funny!
Though not as ridiculous as the Lampard disallowed goal, you have to say another awful call was made here: as we all know, Tevez was offside for the first goal. Up until that point, Mexico were playing much better than Argentina while in the England game I think they would have lost anyway.

Really feel for Mexico as that instance changed the whole game. And then they shot themselves in the foot with Osorio's giveaway. The other two goals were quality though.

One of the biggest things keeping goal-line technology and video replays from happening as that it "slows down the game". Mexico were arguing for five minutes after that first goal, and rightly so. FIFA = is a bunch of idiots
+1
If Mexico were better than Argentina they would score more goals and wouldn't let them score 2 (Two) more goals. They had plenty of time.
Yes, it was a referee mistake on the first one but they didn't cut mexican's legs or something... you can say the result was 2 - 1 if you like.
You can't just say it was 3-1 so without the first goal it's 2-1, that's too simplistic. A goal has an impact on the game (the players, the tactics etc...). Especially a goal like that, when everybody knows it was offside. The Mexican players were clearly angry and some of them lost their concentration, which is probably why the defender makes that mistake on the 2nd goal, so we don't know what would have happened if the referee didn't make such a big error.

yeah
wow.. how come they showed the replay on the big screen? thats.. weird
argentina vs germany........i love it to see this match.......n waiting........
I didn't like Argentina in this one they have the skills to do much better if it wasn't for the ref and the defender's mistake different story would of happened. Mexico played much better that argentines... i don't understand why they play Marquez on midfield he does better at defence overall i wanted to see the Mexicans vs Germans that would've been a match of a totally different styles. Good For Argentina 'hope they win vs Germans and avenge England:)
I was watching the game with (most) of the family. After the 2nd goal, my 2 brothers left and played COD6. My Dad and I stayed to watch the rest of the game.

It was torment I tell you.
I would be tormented as well if my brothers play such shitty games like COD.
Hey, I myself play COD and it's entertaining.
whats COD
Call Of Duty
But the better team did win.
Argentina did play better than Mexico.
As for Mexico, well if they were that good and at the same level with Argentina than they should not have let them score again.
Kind of odd, but the commentators were saying that Mexico were the better team (one of the commentators was even Argentinean!). Not saying that Mexico was the better team, I just thought it was interesting to hear.
Argentina lost 6 - 1 at the hands of Bolivia. I think that renders your point invalid.
Striker7 that's a pretty lame reason, I think Seanf24 was talking about 'on that day'. I didn't see the game so I won't comment, but a friend told me Mexico fell short because they lacked a little bit of luck and some firepower. Also the Higuain goal can't be blamed on anyone. You make that sort of error you should expect to do badly. Just throwing it out there.
Osorio messed up bad on that one, you can't deny that! Huguain saw the chance and took it.
Clear offside...
Think the assistant ref was on a tea break when that happened! lol
lol yeah unaceptible
here is whats wrong....... the refs f****d up by making that horrible first goal.. the side line ref did not know what to say when the in field ref asked him if it was a goal.. thats what pissed me off!!! but its not only the refs fault, its mexico's for loosing their heads because of the first goal. they did not concentrate. some body tell why aguirre put bofo in the starting line up? MEXICO ASTA LA MUERTE!!!VIVA MEXCIO

I wonder why the site's moderator only upload the offside goal and not the entire match... it was a good game besides that. I guess to make it look like Argentina won unfairly.
yeah the whole world is against you. oh look all the goals are up!
Fact still remains that the first unfair "goal" changed the whole complexion and structure of the game.

Mexico lost not just becuz the referees, but their defense lacked the confidence and structure. same with Chile, both teams are great at attacking and possession football but lacks defense which is what these teams like Argentina and Brazil take advantage of.
Germany Vs Argentina...........i wonder which side will the referee help this time................hard choice if you ask me, both teams are great lol...
Both sell tickets too lol
argentina against brazil will be another classic.
when do they play?
