Since when has a yard offside been a tight decision. Spurs play the percentage game with the offside...look how many times they run into offside positions...when they get caught Defoe throws his toys out the pram but when they get away with it everything is okay....as for a player not interfering with play and he stands right in front of the goalkeeper...its a joke...we need to get back to the old offside rule.
Also Defoe should of been sent off for a tackle on Caldwell showing both sets of studs.
And also the fact that Crouch was off side when Pav scored his second goal.
All these points amount to a game being won, drawn or lost.
Don't get me wrong Spurs were playing really good but they got more than their fare share of good fortune.
The ref's played a big part in Spurs good fortune.

I'd also add, I am a fan of Crouch, but how many times has be been stopped by the keeper like that this year? Seems like with those break aways he has a real hard time finishing.

It seems like Modric is coming back to his form before the injury setback. And Pavlyuchenko was fantastic. He's a great player. Redknapp should give him more chance to play alongside Defoe.
