kevin doyle best player for wolves
what ah waste by west ham had more shot and yet they lost not good finishing, credit to wolves for putting on a good show to stay clear of the relegation zone
This season is a nightmare. It's sad because I like our players and manager a lot but I know this summer is bringing a lot of changes. Better days ahead for us.
yeah i liked that last goal a lot, i try and do that all the time in fifa10, doesn't always work out that nicely though
west ham lost an had 54% possession an had 21 shot to 5 of wolvers!! jus unbelievable!
that's been the story of our season. Not taking our chances and making individual mistakes that are being punished. However goalscoring is not the problem. Only 9 teams have scored more than us this season yet we sit 17th in the table. Our defence though is not good enough for the premiership. We sold 2 important defenders in the summer, Neill and Collins, add to that Ilunga has been injured most of the season so what we have been left with is a championship standard defence. I just hope we wont live to regret this.
I'm in complete shock with that performance. Despite losing the previous 4 games they were against tough opposition such as Arsenal, Man utd, Chelsea and Bolton (who is our biggest bogie team) so I really didn't see this coming. At home we have generally won comfortably against the lesser teams and we expected no different last night.

Credit to Wolves and McCarthy. They lack quality but make up for it with desire. That is something west ham lack. The spurs fan who says we lack quality is an idiot. If we lack quality why are so many of the richest clubs after players such as Cole, Behrami, Upson, Parker, Green, Collison, faubert and Diamanti ? Quality is not the problem. I think the manager Zola is out of his depth and the players lack commitment to the cause. Some of them are already thinking about summer transfers and the world cup and dont seem interested in the battle. I'm still confident west ham will stay up though. We are lucky that this season there are three teams as bad as Pompey, Hull and Burnley.

There needs to be some big changes in the summer. Personally though I don't think the new owners have a clue what they are doing. Dark days for the hammers. :-(
interestingly enough west ham lost again as a resurgent wolves try to stay up in d premiership.on a hold as a neutral watching this highlight i love d goals especially franco's chiped goal although a consalation it shows tremendous skill to do it on d run and i think that he should start every game so west ham has a chance of staying in d premiership.wolves played great and all goals were almost mirror images with d defence breaking up too easily down d middle for w.ham and the keeper being too flat-footed.
a very interesting game indeed :)
Scott Parker . . LOL!
Really nice played by Wolves, West Ham didnt play their best game...wouldve been interesting if the first goal missed by West Ham would go!
Fair play to wolves, i'd had them destined for a return to the championship but Doyle has been their saviour this season. Thought Iwelumo and Ebanks-Blake would do well in the Premiership but they've both been largely ineffectual. Can't see the bottom three changing much now, Hull and Burnley don't deserve to be in the premiership and West Ham have too much quality and a great manager. They definitly need to pick up a few points, especially if the bottom 3 start picking up results, but can't see them getting relegated.
dat was a very late goal by west ham united but also a great performance by wolves
Its not about luck, want to blame? Blame on Robert Green! Why cant he make a single save?? it is not difficult from what i see!
Wooooaaaaah,
Go down't pub,
Drink ten pints,
Get really plastered,
Go back home,
You beat the wife,
Dirty northern bastards!!!
This shows you the strength and the talent the premier league has!
Yes, EPL has the best teams compared to any other league!
Zola said they only needed 10 points HA! They wont get one like this! Upson (on £65,00 a week!) was rubbish, like he knows he's leaving in summer and couldnt care less. McCarthy only cares about one thing - he;s got his £3.5m contract to see him through, has NO PASSION for the game and winning it. Hammers are lumbered with these no hope losers, and Boa Morte, and Dyer. Why was Mido given so much time on pitch lately? He is just not good enough for Prem. Hammers will have to start again. Zola doesn't know how to deal with the laggard players he's got on his hands. GET NOUBLE BACK FROM LOAN AND PUT HIM UP FRONT. SEND COLE BACK TO SHOOTING SCHOOL. Franco tries, as do Diamanti, Faubert, Parker and Stanislas. Ilan has scored too yet gets passed over for near useless McCarthy. SULLIVAN is a DOPE to sign him, giving him 3 year contract. All this doesnt bode well for Hammers, they will be lucky to survive in Prem, only poor performances of bottom 3 helps them.

Sounds like you're describing Liverpool there...
devang

you're almost spot on there. You're wrong about boa morte though. We have missed him this season. He may not be the most talented player but the effort he shows is what we are missing in the team. Criticism of Cole is a bit harsh. His strike rate is one of the best in the league. 9 goals from only 19 starts is quite good. Franco may be old but he has bags of talent. Why Zola didn't start with him instead of Mccarthy is beyond me.
