Really great game from both the teams. West Ham were a bit unlucky to come off with a draw. They had a penalty given against them and in the end the referee didn't award them one for a clear foul.

The premier League is getting very intense and the first half of the season is almost over. Comparable to the previous years, it has been more entertaining then ever. There has been some surprise with the top 4 teams dropping points with bottom league teams and Liverpool who havent really been themselves since last year's impressive season. With teams like Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur who are doing well so far. Suprisingly teams like Birmingham City are showing they havent left championship for nothing. Lets end the year with wins against Birmingham and Fulham and lets have a nice Christmas. Come On Chelsea! Blue Is The Color, And Football Is The Game!

Nerves of steel from Frank Lampard. 4 points on top. Hope to see some better performances from the Blues. All of the Africans leaving over the holidays gives some others a chance to play. Should be an interesting transfer window too.

Lampard is a beast! Kept his nerves. And ok, it was not a penalty I have to admit, but Chelsea was not bad. Some guys here just only look at the result, not at the game. So Chelsea draw a game, so what? Loot at ManU, 3-0 against Fulham. ManU didn't play that bad, but people only watch at the result and say that Chelsea was rubbish, not true.

It shouldn't have been a penalty in favor of Chelsea, not that one at least, maybe the handball Kalou complained about. However, Carvalho definitely just jumped on Guille Franco near the end and that should have been another penalty.
