pedro messed up a good chance. dunno if he didn't see the open player or was just plain greedy. either way, he could've put barca ahead. not the type of performance we're used to seeing from barca but a pretty good game all around.

Wow great game...very exciting both team could have score 5 or 6 goal each.

Barca played horrible. they took a lot of shots put they were all wide. Valencia on the other hand played amazing. Silva, Mata & Pablo played reaaly good. all they needed was david villa and i'm sure valencia would've won 2-0

these are the great points they successfully executed during the game.
1.stop messi from ball possession and roaming around
2.the two playmakers were outplayed xavi and iniesta.in the whole match i didnt see them do what they usually does..and they were dispossessed many times which you dont usually see on their matches
3.they have a very simple but effective counter attack.
4.they stop barcelonas center attacking play by closing it with well fueled defense..

barcelonas mistake of the game..
1. they didnt adjust or adapt their style.at the kickoff guardiola surely know that their play will soon be discovered and covered,where are the plan b and c?
2.their brilliant passing game did not came out.
3.too much passing turn to be a cause of delay.oppurtunities missed
4.they have some instances of good possession in the midfield but thats it..only in the midfield..


the only mistake i can see in valencias side, is the striker .MATA.he missed all precious chances.

I hope barcelona will look into this and i bet they would..dont tell me that they were nearly defeated coz henry is not there!dont give me that..i want my favorite team to win win win. i hope they will not tire or feel relaxed and always have advance review of the teams that they will face and plan to capitalize on enemies weaknesses..BARCELONA should be DYNAMIC..go BARCA!!!

Where is Barcelona, which can not be stopped? If only Villa played the attack, that I am more than confident that Valencia had gotten to the total pool points. I should add that Valdes defended ... Valdes did not like

Those were some of the worst attempts I've seen from either side, almost every shot straight to the keeper. If barca are gonna keep up the title they better do something a little more competitive.

So many highlights in this vid. Valencia threw away so many opportunities. If anyone should have won it should have been Valencia. It was a very different Barça starting line-up set up (at least from recent games). Personally, I think that there were too many changes which is why they didn't have as many clear goal scoring opportunities as Valencia did. Piqué and Puyol kept on getting beat too.
