Fantastic win for Sweden and there fans to leave tournament. Sure they didn't qualify past group stage and its too bad they didn't. But what a class game here, beat France who still advances 2-0 with sweet goals and Ibrahimovic scores a beauty goal and gets there fans so pumped even if not advancing, just great stuff from Sweden. Larsson comes in and scores late to finish there tournament, great stuff from them. Very tough way for France to go into game vs Spain with this, still that game will be fantastic game to see!

I think a lot of it had to do with them going through regardless. Which also explains the poor performance by France.

Ibra sending his nation out with a bang! Despite this average showing and loss, I still believe France will beat Spain in the next stage. As silly as this sounds, I think France's style will be very effective verses Spain.

Where are the people who were saying "France has a chance to win this tournament". I don't know who are the striker and who is playing in the mid-field. Everyone wants to stay on the edge of box; pass around with no purpose; Ribery and Benzema are just becoming annoying taking shots from extreme ends.

You can do that for ages against casillas and go nowhere.

I completely agree with you on that. Its going to be up to Nasri to lead the attack through the middle instead of go around the sides, but he is just not there yet as a player (not sure if he will ever be) but with Ribery and Nasri you would think that the through balls and wall passing would be world class. I only saw ONE play where they managed to penetrate through the middle this game.
