Very pleasing result for me to hear, terrible start for United with own goal, but they scored 2 pretty decent goals next, Berbatov getting one, I remember last year he scored so many, now he doesn't even start, then Fletcher got a pretty sweet goal, but Benfica tied it up with a few minutes off a bit of a scramble, but really happy for them, glad they got tie at Old Trafford

This was possibly the only bad game Jones has had in a Manchester United shirt and despite the own goal he actually played well and managed to recover and keep his composure even after his mistake.

Ashley Young has been outstanding for us hes in the top 4 for PL Assists and thats with his injury lay-off he has missed a good few games.

De Gea has the highest save to shot ratio in the PL and has made more saves than any other keeper in the PL so far this season.

Another ranting Bitter 2011+ City fan.

Easy to say when you build a team like you're getting players from a conveyor belt. When players weren't performing every other team in the world sticks with him and improve your so called 'team' go out and buy the younger faster model of the same player. What a way to run a football club.

Won't take long before all your superstars get unhappy and jump ship.

MAN U MAN U just sucking it up. Not sure what the hell is going on with this team they started of great and then just fell apart. I would love to see berba starting more the guy is great and he deserves to get 45 to 50 min every game and then put chicharito in or the otherway around

So far these players are injured for united. But you guys do have rooney and berv, and most of your good players up infront. I don't think injuries is the problem here. You guys need more confidence. Needless to say, you guys still are at the top of the table but just after the defeat against city, you haven't been the same.

Ironic, it went all uphill for us when we lost 8-2 to you guys.

I watched the whole game and United were terrible really. The way Carrick and Fletcher systematically allowed Benfica players to pass right through the middle was unbelievable...Than again, happy for Benfica, another great result for a Portuguese team in the CL!
