Great game by Liverpool. Everyone put in a great shift that day. Looks like Sturridge is gonna be a firm favourite at the Kop. Well played, LFC!
I always knew that Sturrigde would make an impact at Liverpool.

Hard to choose which one for goal of the week but that dummy by Sturidge leading up to Suarez's goal was so perfect I have to vote it up. I don't think I've ever seen a dummy that good before. Fooled the defenders and me too!
vintage gerrard
The Reds hammered Norwich. I thought that Norwich was lucky that the score line was only 5-nil!
I always enjoyed watching Sturridge, i think now he will improve even more by playing with Suarez and learning under B.Rogers. Most of times with young talents pacience is the keys.Look for England Thoo.

agree and well played liverpool
teams like man u, chelsea, man city r not condusive for a developing player, they want finished packaged products, if rvp were a man u player wen he first came, he would have been sold away long time, kalou is another wasted talent, could,ve been nurtured to a top class finisher, but wasted on the wings, sturridge just needs games and he,ll b sharp,so does the infant terribles balloteli, small teams can nurture that kind of raw talent into a gem.
Agree with you completely, but I didn't realise Sturridge had moved to a small team. Last I checked, he was playing for Liverpool, one of the biggest teams in the world! There's a difference between a small team, and a big team who aren't very good. He's been on hand for a few tap ins so far, and clearly plays well with Suarez, see if he can keep it up.

And small teams can also beat you in champions league like in 2005 final.

absolutly wrong! Manutd bought sooo many young lads and developed them into fantastic players (Best example is now playing for real) Also giving players from their own academy great chances (Welbeck, Cleverley...)

lolol did you really just imply that sturridge moved from a big team (chelsea) to a small team (liverpool)? i cant even say that much as chelsea have been better the last 8 years or so, but Liverpool is englands most successful team period...and the third most successful team in europe overall. just cuz your only 17 and just started watching the game 5 years ago doesnt mean you have to be ignorant of history

Wow 5-0 Home win at Anfield, good for those Liverpool fans to cheer for something. Henderson had a great goal, Suarez , Gerrard cashing in as well and Sturridge, who I do think looks good in red, even though its different seeing him there, but looks like he will have a good future there.

Same feeling when Torress started wearing blue.

Great result. I see a lot of LFC haters out there scared of our return to form. YNWA!

I think it's no coincidence some teams are saying they've played their worst game of the season against us. The pressing by us.. unbelievable. Rodgers has really turned us from a laughing stock into a team playing champions league team form (over the last 13 league games).

Want to give a special shout out to Glen Johnson who hasn't had a lot of praise from opposition fans or the media this season. Because he should, he really should. The guy is having a beast of a season. He's a dream of a footballer.

Also on Suarez, jesus. I'm 21 so I've been a passionate football fan for about 12-15 years. I think this guy is maybe the best player I've seen play for the club. Better than Torres, Alonso, Owen, Hypia, Mascherano and (the only person I'm torn over is...) Stevie G.

We are moving in the right direction again. The final piece of the puzzle is doing it against the top teams. It'll take a while, but we're all backing the manager 100%.
