I thought Xabi Alonso had a particularly poor game which hurt liverpool alot, its too bad coz hes normally a great player. He seemed off right from the start. Once Liverpool were down by two they started to play particularly poorly, but before that I thought before that the teams were quite matched.
Liverpool were moving the ball around much better than chelsea, who I felt were pretty much playing an opportunistic game untill they were up by two and finally took control of the midfield. To be honest, I think chelsea was pretty lucky to win this game, the two lucky (I consider most corner goals lucky..) header goals really turned the game in their favor.

OMG The best football match i have watched in my life by far and probably the best Chelsea played all season even 1-0 down and we still showed commitment and determination to win i think Essien was outstanding Gerrard hardly stood out it was amazing and Ivanovic i don't understand why the managers don't see him as a good player hes a wonderful player . I think Malouda stood out t for the first time 3-1 up i believe we are in the semi-finals already ready to face Barcelona. Overall praise to Hiddink he kept his cool and finish the job nicely he stayed calm and kept telling players to do as he told even when they were trailing at 1-0. I think if Hiddink should stay at Chelsea this could mean the beginning of a Chelsea side that could Conquer all of Europe and win loads of stuff i think at the end Hiddink should stay and Chelsea should rule the world of football. Wonderful Performance . Good Luck Hiddink. Come on Boys

liverpool got lucky we were supposed to win 5-1 or 4-1

What a game! I think anyone who thinks we did "awesome" need to rethink their choice. We played well, but definitely not awesome. Lampard seemed like he had been payed off almost. I'm not sure what he was doing. We had a great result though. Well done Blues! Now lets finish the job at the Bridge!

Gerrard was a ghost, Torres showed up for 15 minutes. Liverpool can never win if Lucas plays in midfield. He is useless. Maybe with Masch things would have gone different.

Chelsea deserve to win by more. Drogba should of scored 4 goals. Lampard had a poor game and they still outplayed Pool. Malouda showed form well above what he has displayed all season. Over all great performance for Chelsea.

and thats what happens when liverpool tries to finish abouve 4th or 5th place in the premier league

This game is not over yet, neither is the Man Utd or Arsenal one. The only game I consider over is the Barcelona one. Anything can happen.

liverpool may not win the champion league but chelsea cannot too and Liverpool stand more chance of winning the premier league than Chelsea. Anyway, I hate Man U!!!

Liverpool were strong first half, I was very unhappy with most of our play but again thats football. Who would have though Ivanovic would step up like that?

My advice to Liverfools, concentrate on the league! Leave the Champions League to us.
