@Superfanof/ avoee , takes alot more than luck to get to a wc final, far less 3 world cup finals ,an a number of semi final in both wc and euros. if you followed them so well, you would know that they are always feared. also keep in mind they have some of the most dynamic footballers year after year ,for such a tiny nation,they are far from chokers...

Dude, don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of the Netherlands, but they *do* choke. It happens waaay too often. Italy 3-0 Euro 08, France 4-1 Euro 08... defeat to Russia in added time (What?). Robben, two 1v1 opportunities in the 2010 World Cup final - and this is just the final - both missed. You can't ignore it, they don't play as well in major tournaments.

V. Gaal tactics with a lot of youngsters brings freshness and dynamics. Sure it's far from perfect, but i'd rather see guys willing to fight for every inch of the pitch, then so called 'stars' being selfish and unwilling to help each other.

We have a lot of talent and that combined with some experience will matchup eventually...

They do it year after year unfortunately, Nataleforpres, I've watched them. Their play is usually superb in the matches prior to a competition, but is sub-par in the competition itself. World Cup 2010, Euro 2012, Euro 2008... and that isn't even mentioning their history in the 70s and 80s.
