Liverpool only really need one player: Alonso. Well, one and a half, maybe: the other half of Torres, since he spends half the time injured.

Remember, it was just one season ago that they were destroying Man Utd and Real Madrid. They lost one key player in Alonso, failed to replace him, and didn't get as lucky with Torres' injuries as the previous season, and they fell apart.

Good to see the Liverpool Firm still fiery as ever. El Zhar has some possibility, but he seem as tho he has a lot of built of energy in reserves perhaps short-lived.

liverpool didn't really play rubbish just unlucky. Why is there a vote for lucky no UNLUCKY?? hopefully can go bck on form next season.. disappointing 09/10 season
