Chelsea should learn from Manchester united or Arsenal or even Everton. Unfortunately, no coach is bigger than Abrahimovich's wealth so its a case of my club my rules. He signs the players and instruct the coach to play him but when decisions go wrong, the coach's head is demanded. You can't build a solid team in just two years, and you just cant have a jolly free ride in the Premier League. It is a disgraceful approach by Abrahimovich to sack Ancelloti, despite winning the League and FA cup last year. This shows that sackings will continue as long as Abrahimovich is the owner.
