nervewrecking stuff.. wow. credit to both teams, real entertaining match, only down to poor finishing really lol but thats just how it is at times. feel sorry for fulham, but thats the thing with penalties.. one teams got to go, and when its that close its always a shame.

Kalou is such a Classic player...very underrated tho. He gets to starts one or two matches a month and they still expect him to do wonders. I think it's time for him to move out of the London bridge before he's falling down.

And all the excuses that Lukaku is young, he is young, he is young is just B.S. How many players out there of his price tag, are as young as he is and still do superb. He plays along with one of the best squads in the world, come on now! And that's all he can do, give me a break!!! To me he is just another Fred Adu.

I came home from school and stuff, and saw the end of extra time and penalties, but man what a game! I mean so many chances for both teams, cool seeing chelsea's younger players in and stuff, but man Chelsea needed to finish better, we had good setups but just not right shots, and why did Turnbull go in for Cech later, was Cech injured or what? or just put him in? but was good to see him, but ya Fulham made key saves, (Schwarzer) good entertaining game! I was nervous in penalites but glad Chelsea won, and that last shot in penalties where fulham player hit cross bar twice, that was so close, one angle looked like it was in, and the other it didn't but ya, good stuff

McEachran was fabulous, though I don't think he would have scored if Sturridge didn't get a touch on that effort. Chelsea deserved to win - playing that long with 10 men is difficult, and the fact that Fulham couldn't take advantage was telling. Can't believe Chelsea didn't score...they had so many efforts on goal....Kalou is dire, though his penalty in the shoot-out was nicely taken.

Fantastic game of football from both teams! Fullham are a really powerful team it appears! and McEathern is looking really good for the future of Chelsea FC !

Very entertaining match! Many wasted chances for both teams, but that's how it goes sometimes. Proud of my blues for hanging in there with 10 men. Lukaku looked pretty sluggish and uncomfortable, but I can see him being a nightmare for defenders after 2 seasons. Kalou needs to go. McEachran should start this weekend. Romeu looked better and better as the match went on. Loving this young talent! KTBFFH!

Chelsea should set the reward for assist as much as the goal! Then, most players would prefer to pass rather than just side netting.
