i want goals
torres is getting more and more confident... i think its only a matter of time.... whether he is still at chelsea when he finally gets it right is questionable... but i think he still has a lot to offer....
We've been saying that since he moved there. I don't think he's going to get any better than this. He can't hit the corners like he used to, he doesn't hit is as powerfully as he used to and he is not as aggressive as he used to be.
I really hate to say it, but though he shows an occasional spark, he's not showing any signs of turning into the player he was.
Chelsea fans I think are overeacting. We've got a new team and its going to take time, I think everyone can agree that we exceeded expectation with our incredible season start. But with poor performances in the super cup, CL etc, you can tell that the early wins were covering up a lot of problems. Benitez might have very bad history with Chelsea fans, and yes I don't think I've heard of any other manager that has insulted fans of rival clubs. But it is clear that he is trying to help and it is not an easy time for the players. as long as Rafa is now a chelsea blue, we have to at least support him for the sake of the team. He's a good manager, yes RDM was one of a kind, our legendary player and manager, but we must move on before all this negatively affects the players. Its Rafa now, and we have to accept for the good of the team.
Yes I agree everything you said but I think you forgot to mention that your owner is a slut, and slept with almost every manager in Europe. If its a new team and its going to take time, why was RDM fired then?
Stop complaining...Rafa we get Chelsea back to winning ways. The defense was in need of fixing. Now the midfield
i TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU...LIKE RAFA SAID WE NEED TO BUILD FROM THE BACK AND IS OBVIOUS THAT HAD BEEN DEALT WITH..I SEE US WINNING MATCHES WITH EASE IN THE NEXT 2 GAMES
RDM WON CHAMPION LEAGUE.... HE PLAYED COMMUNITY SHIELD AND LOST HE ALSO PLAYED SUPER CUP AND LOST 4-1 TO ATLETICO HE CANNOT QUALIFY FROM GROUP STAGE... NOW HOW DO U JUSTIFY HIS ABILTY...TO ME THERE'S NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RDM AND AVRAM GRANT EXCEPT RDM WAS LUCKY AND REMEMBER LUCK IS NOT ALWAYS THERE FOR U TO GRAB......
EVERY BODY IS TALKING ABOUT RDM FORGET THIS GUY WE ALL KNOW HOW WE WON THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUES.....U CALL URSELF CHAMPION AND LOST 4-1 TO ATLATICO.... WE NEED TO WIN THIS FIFA TOURNAMENT AND RDM CAN'T DELIVER...THIS ARE THE HEROS THAT WON THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE..CECH,DROGBA,LAMPARD,MIKEL,RAMIRES,INVANOVIC,ASHLEY COLE THEY FOUGHT LIKE SOLDIERS f**k RDM
Chelsea won the Champions league because of RDM's leadership! They certainly did not win under AVB leadership! they fought for RDM in the champions league and won, they look pitiful under the leadership of Benitez.
I don't think so....chelsea where lucky not RDM...FOR GOODNESS SAKE THIS MAN WAS SACK BY WESBROM
Rafa tie was red? Strange?
Rafa's tie was actually orange not red.. in his interview he said it was a gift from former Chelsea manager Jose Mourhino :)
I doubt if he would've been that naiive to wear red. I think he's really trying his best, against Man City he wore blue. I hope Chelsea fans can get behind him or at least stop all the booing. the past is the past.
At least give the guy a chance. In my opinion Benitez has more tactical knowledge than Di Matteo and Chelsea have a lot of things to improve in the way they play. The truth is that Carlo Ancelotti built the team that won the Champions League, because half a season is not enough time for a manager to leave his mark on the team's style of play.

chelsea fans should stop this booing of a thing RDM has come and gone allow benetez to do his job.... we are moving in the right direction but hazard, oscar mata should allow the ball to do the running and switch passes very fast to open spaces...if oscar hazard and mata play like romeu we will score goals...we need to start utilizing open space to stretch out the defense.do not pass the ball to torres rather into space for him to make the run but i'm sure benetez will work on that....lets not be too anxious relax and do ur thing the goals will begin to roll in.....we need more of romeu is an excellent player and full of confidence i see him making that final pass that will lead to goal

You know that Barcelona will eventually get Romeu back
i think the players dont like playing for rafa, thats why no passion,no win.the sacking of rdm must have affected the players
In rdm last 10 games you conceded 21goals...

Riise really should have done better. Either with the shot or passing to Berbatov. What a ball from Karagounis though.
I'm not sure to think if some of you are spoiled brats.
He's got one of the best CV's in the game and you've given him no time at all to show what he can do for you.
He might just be the best you've had since Mourinho.

Call me whatever you like, I even gave McLeish more than half a season before I vented my doubts!
it has nothing to do with what he has done on his CV. its about what he said about chelsea and its fans a few years ago.

I am aware of this and his words and the sentiments toward Di Matteo.

I like Chelsea and I think and hope he will do better than RDM.
under RDM we had soul and passion in our football. if you think we are booing the team at the end you're wrong.

BORING.
I made the same comment for last week's match against City. Benitez has turned chelsea from an exciting team to a sleep-inducing team.
