There is no doubt that Arsene Wenger is one of the best coaches in the World but sometimes makes crazy choices. Like today when he line up old folks the likes of Campell and lost against Stoke. He wasted a big chance of winning the FA Cup. Although they have big shot of winning the premier League they are no different with Liverpool this season.
This is an article from uefa.com talking about the game between Arsenal and Stoke.
Ricardo Fuller scored twice as Stoke City FC pulled off the latest shock in the FA Cup, knocking out UEFA Champions League contenders Arsenal FC with a 3-1 victory in their fourth-round meeting.

Early strike
Tony Pulis's men belied their mid-table position in the Premier League by striking inside two minutes when Rory Delap's long throw was headed in by Fuller, but the London side drew level just before the break thanks to Denilson's deflected low drive. Both sides pushed for the breakthrough in the second half, with Arsenal introducing Andrei Arshavin, Eduardo and Aaron Ramsey, yet it was the hosts who secured their progress. Mamady Sidibe surged down the right and clipped a pinpoint cross for Fuller to head in on 78 minutes before Dean Whitehead sealed the win by tapping in Matthew Etherington's low centre. Scunthorpe United FC host Manchester City FC in the day's other tie.

City through
Scunthorpe United FC were hoping to send Manchester City FC the same way as Arsenal, plus third-round casualties Manchester United FC and Liverpool FC, but they suffered an early setback when Martin Petrov rifled in a third-minute opener for Roberto Mancini's charges. Paul Hayes deservedly fired the second-tier strugglers level but City crucially scored again on the stroke of half-time through Nedum Onuoha. Sylvinho and Robinho added further gloss either side of a Dedryck Boyata own goal to ensure the Premier League side marched on.
