good game
yes chelsea won 3-1 come on you blues
Great game from Chelsea! Blackpool enjoyed a good spell of possesion towards the end of each half, and really looked threatening. It's great to see Frank scoring again though. He's missed a lot of games and he's managed 9 goals (albeit most are penalties). I still think he can reach 20 for the season! We don't call him SUPER FRANK for nothing!

WE ARE THE FAMOUS CFC!
it's funny how people criticize torres already.. we all knw the quality he's got.. all he needs is time :-)
he's had time, ever since the world cup. flash here, goal there... let down

The jersey has changed but the excuses are the same. He needs time to adjust to a new team. He needs time to adjust to a new manager. He needs time to adjust to new owners. He needs time to rest after the world cup. He needs to regain his confidence. He needs to get his fitness after the injuries. Now the Chelsea fans have their fingers crossed and hope they didn't get a lemon. Expect more hopeful excuses.
f**k torres the dog.
Good game

The test will be the Man City match and that will be the third place decider. I really don't see Chelsea winning the league because they are in not in control of that, its really up to how Man U/Arsenal plays and being dependent upon a team's slip up is pretty dodgy. They just have play their game and finish strongly..
But woudn't it be somthin if it did happen?

I think we really need to concentrate on our defensive line...and our offensive line shud be more physical....we used to have the best defensive line ever....i mean i'm just a regular guy even though i can see clearly..i hope our managers n coach...will do smth abt it...due to poor defence the opponnent teams are having the chance to penetrate....but anyways all the best for out next game....Hail Chelsea
It doesnt matter if Torres score or not, what matters most to me is his contribution to the team. He is always nowhere to be the ball all the time we scored. Sometimes, i question his ability to understand his role in the team. I never liked him at Liverpool because i think he contributed largely to their relegation fight battle. He never played along his team mate. Wrong passes, loses balls all the time, in fact most refs touches the ball more than Torres in 90mins!

Chelsea played horribly after 1-0 up, thanks for that soft PK (its a foul but if PK not given, no one will ever complain). Blackpool played real good but quite unfortunate to make it at least 2-3....they deserved it but not to beat us. We are far better than them and the table is evident.

thats exactly how i feel about torres. as a chelsea fan i want him to be our next big thing. but looking at how he plays worries me. like the part where drogba had the ball going forward againts two 2-3 defenders and was planning to pass the ball through them to torres but instead of trying to run the defense, torres went far right. and you can tell drogba was like what the hell you doing because he had a word with him after that play. but either way im happy we won.
torres deserve this karma. but chelsea deserve someone better. 50mil shld go to david villa or fernando lorente or even pato..
congrats on the victory against blackpool.
torres is paid the big bucks to score, he is a franchise player that is supposed to lead teams to title through scoring. if he cant do what he is paid to do anymore, he is obviously past his prime. Like drogba he used to be an amazing goals scorer but this season he is suffering. he is past his prime. Now he is still a great player dont get me wrong but he is over the hill and his replacement was supposed to be torres, and torres is failing right now
drogba led the EPL in goals last season, i think that it is a little early to say that he is past his prime. i agree he has not played nearly as well nor scored as many goals but i do not agree that he is past his prime. as for torres, i fell that chelsea overpaid for him but he still has the potential to do great things. once he learns the system a little better and gets some team chemistry he will be a force to be reckoned with. cannot wait to see what he does next season!
Good to see Lamps scoring from Open-play. I like Blackpool always fighting.
a lot of questions to Chelsea! Some parts of the game they controlled well, but some of them were terrible. If Blackpool had a little bit more quality in a final touch, Chelsea would have been lucky to get a draw. I wasn't convinced about Chelseas game+ Torres really doesnt look good, I am sure Liverpool are looking at his performance right now with a big smile.
Good game for chelsea :D
good result not a good game. after the first goal blackpool controlled the game for the rest of the half, second half i didnt get to see but they did better based on score. chelseas defense looks shaky at best. If blackpool had a bit more quality the result would have been a draw or a loss for chelsea
In all honestly, we were really really lucky to come out with that result. Well played blackpool! Great to see Kalou do so well! Im still waiting for Torres to score his first goal!

good to see your not a blind supporter you can see when you club got lucky.
Lucky?!!!..wat r u two talking about? u have no insight about soccer...wat was so lucky about that?...it could easily have been 4/5 -1
it also coulda easily been 2-2 or 3-3. blackpool played well, considering they didnt have DJ Cambell and Charlie Adams end of story

come on blackpool keep pushing we need more teams like you up in the BPL, none of that rubbish stoke city garbage!
