You can see fabregas is so out of it...
Was Fabregas trying?
I hope Fabregas gets back into his stride.. He's a God when he's on top of his game.
Barcelona definitely need another world class defender, God forbid suppose Pique and Puyol are injure at the same time, Barcelona is only left with Mascherano and Busquet to play as defender which is clearly risky although it work in the Pep era, Masche has perform well in that position but he's still a midfield player and Busquet is horrible at defending, and i certainly don't want to see Song playing as a defender. I think Yaya left Barca for that same reason, he was being used as a defender he wasn't able to show off his attacking attributes much while at the club and was on the bench for lots of game, i never knew Yaya was this creative until i see him playing at Man City, Mascherano was even more creative at Liverpool scored a few goals, yet to see them unleash him going forward at Barcelona. I think Vilonova should break from the pep style and use his own playing style while keeping the passing game, to me it just seems like Vilanova is still taking direction from Pep...What work for Pep don't Must work for Vilanova, The coach need to have Valdes playing different or pick another goal keeper.

Youre right. Maybe he doesnt have to be world class, but at least a proven defender at the top level to have in the squad just in case.

Mascherano is not a good defender, i have said this many times, hes a brilliant tackler but thats a small part of defending. He has made many errors playing in defence for barcelona that an experienced CB would not make.

I dont see the point in buying DM's to play as CB's when you can just buy a CB that will do the job right.
They will eventually buy Kyriakos from Schalke - mark my word ;)

Exactly so! Barca need another defender or two. Reinforce the back. Wouldn't want to see either song or busquets defending - not build for that.

Well done for the win against valencia, nevertheless - tricky team.
Great display from both sides.
fantastic team play by barca once again. i think if we continue this form, we will win the three remaining trophies....
Adriano with a rocket!
The two idiots who think Barca were lucky must've been watching a different game. If Barca /were/ lucky, they would've scored many more goals lol.

The big 2 (Messi/Iniesta) didn't really do much this game, but it's always tough against Valencia.

I think that the "two idiots" meant that were it not for some classy yet unpredictable shot by Adriano, Barca would have gone home with a draw.
Always the same problem : no real cold finisher in the Barça squad
what a goal!
From a Real Madrid fan?? Bless your soul, mate.
oooh forgot to mention it. this is definitely the day of the thunderbolt goals. spectacular goals from adriano (barcelona), candreva (lazio) and gustavo (bayern munich). in a dilemma of choosing which is the best. i would say all of them are equally fantastic!

Don't forget about Ben Arfa's (Newcastle) winner v Aston Villa!

just watched the real madrid game b4 this and I have to admit barca fans enjoy and celebrate their team's goals more than the madrid fans. Lol I know its irrelevant to this game but hey just wanted to say that. Good goal by sanchez though

It was adriano who scored....
But i did think it was a good goal
whata about that goal for a stunning shot from adriano!

win is a win... why people expect us to score 4+ in every game? we dominated the game and Valencia had no clear chance of goal. don't forget this team held Real Madrid 1-1.
