that Forrester kid is skilled.
Amazing game from Chelsea. Played very well. They may even win the replay. Unbelievable team...................
Who said Ba and Torres couldnt play together? :p
benitez i guess
oscars too good.
No he's not
LOL Brentford rated "lucky" because they punched wayyy above their weight and made chelsea look free.

Chelsea rated "awesome" because their near-FIRST team just about scraped a draw against worldbeaters Brentford.

Those that weren't in the near first team are what set the difference though. Ross Turnbull, Ryan Bertrand, Marko Marin were all either awful or non-existent.

If Cech was in goal and Mata had started it would have been a MUCH different game. You saw it as soon as Mata started the second half, and the 10 minutes that Ba played he made more of an impact than Bertrand did in 80 .
When BATTERY come together we score goals

Demba Ba and John Terry?
chelsea should stop this dirty politics of putting Ba on the bench and Terry should be on the starting lineup...10MINS of Ba worth more than 80mins of bertrand...

I think Ba will be getting a lot more play time now that Hazard is out for a few, but it shouldn't take an instance like that for him to get the opportunity.
torres has saved chelsea to a replay.
you don't say?

World class finish from a world class striker.

Torres needs to retire

Fernando Torres has scored 15 goals this season - more than Rooney, Hernandez, Aguero, Tevez, Dzeko, Giroud, Podolski, Defoe & Cisse. So shut up.

Your comment is totally irrelevant. Torres gets to play in more matches than all the players that you mentioned. He has played 37 times in all competition so far including the Community Shield and UEFA Super Cup. Even in premier league alone, he started in 21 matches but was only able to score 7 goals. All the players you mentioned, except only for Cisse, started in less than 20 matches but still managed to score more goals than Torres. They all have better statistic and goal-to-minute ratio than Torres. If all these players get to play as much as Torres, I am more than confident that they will score more goals than this overrated 50-million-dollar player.

Shutup Travis a goal is a goal no need for that statistical bullshit
Liverpool fans still protecting Torres with such a passion, its touching really. Anyways Travis does hit a good point: it is unfair to compare players in terms of goal scored for factors like injuries and time played, rather it would be fairer to use goal-to-minute ratio, in which Torres would be just another average (maybe really, and that is a big maybe) striker. Overrated you say? I would have to agree.

Travis is right. Torres has played in two or three more competitions than the others crayon mentioned. Also Torres hasn't scored against a decent side in months! His recent goals have come against Brentford, Reading, Sunderland, Aston Villa, Leeds, FC Nords and Monteray. Anytime Chelsea face top notch opponents he is pretty much guaranteed not to score. It's time to start giving Ba regular starts. It's Chelsea best chance of moving up the table.
this is why i love english football so much, league one, two and championship sides can match any premierleague side any day....just so exciting.
