Borussia Dortmund are killing everyone this year!! I can't believe my eyes!
Barrios AGAIN!!, incredible
Dortmund takes power

With his victory at Mainz (0-2) in shock at the top of the 10th day, Dortmund took the lead in the Bundesliga before his opponents. Borussia showed composure and control to win.
BUNDESLIGA - NOON 10E

MAINZ-DORTMUND: 0-2
Goals: Gotze (18th) and Barrios (67th)

For his return to Mainz, where he played and began his coaching career, Jurgen Klopp has been merciless, and propelled his team to 1st place with 25 points, one point more than his former club. Borussia literally smothered in the first period Mainz, surprising Bundesliga leaders before the start of the meeting. At the 13th minute, Lucas Barrios, launched by Kevin Grosskreutz, took speed defense of Mainz, but his shot grazed the upright.

Dortmund continued to interfere with his physical presence Mainz, unable to develop their attractive football which allowed him to beat Bayern Munich, including his home, Werder Bremen and Bayer Leverkusen. In the 26th minute, driven into their penalty area, defenders of Mainz were missing two references and Mario Götze, 18, took advantage to score his second goal of the season.

10 point lead over Bayern

Early in the second period, Mainz got a penalty shot by Eugen Polanski and hijacked by Roman Weidenfeller (47). Players Tuchel Thomas, youngest coach in the Bundesliga, were created several scoring chances, but lacked details. Dortmund, Mainz eliminated as the German Cup this week, seemed dangerous and cons Barrios punished by the lack of realism of Mainz after a superb cons (67).

Although Dortmund has the best attack and defense in the Bundesliga and has not been such a good time since 2002, when his sixth championship title, Klopp refuses to consider a possible coronation. "We will try to continue to play attractive football and collect as many points as possible," he swept. Borussia account includes ten point lead over Bayern Munich, but the defending champion, winner of Freiburg (4-2) Friday, starting to find the right fuel ...

funny comment! lol
probably the first penalty Weidenfeller catches :D
BullShit!
well yeah, he isn't that wrong, the last penalty Roman saved is dated some seasons back :P
but well, he did here so whatever ^^
well, he did save the first penalty against Offenburg in the pokal
I meant in a Bundesliga match :P I think that's 3 years ago or something like that xD. Roman isn't the best penalty killer out there ;D Even sweeter he managed it this time ^^

congratz. I am (aside from bayern) a big fan of pauli and dortmund, since I consider these the 3 true traditional teams in germany. Its great to see after BVBs big crash, that they have talent. I want to see Dortmund in the CL again, Werder has been there so many times and is just taking a spot away! time that dortmund goes to the highes league and shows europe what it CAN!

time for a CL final: Bayern vs Dortmund :)

Yeah, the old Bayern-Dortmund classics... I miss them too.
It is obvious from the highlights that the Dortmund goalkeeper was not on the line during the penalty kick. He was stepping a couple of inches ahead of the line.
so what? Goalkeepers do that all the time...
Convincing performance by Dortmund resulting in a deserved win.
good game
both upcoming good teams
That was the exciting and great match I was hoping for. Two great and fast teams showing why they are points ahead in the table. Keep it up Mainz!
Nur der BVB!

Well once again the leader in Dortmund, would have to end.
Amazing match, could have gone both ways but we won with an amazing Schmelzer, Bender and Götze. Of course with a superb Weidenfeller as well. God knows how it would have ended if they scored that penalty.
Now Paris has to suffer! :D

Oh hell yeah... Paris is going down!!!
Götze is one more superb talent for our national team. Hes going to play in the next friendly i think.

Mainz will probably not be able to keep up their performance but I don't think that they will fall too deep.
