Looks like Madrid will bring back Morata.

What should they do?

Keep him or sell him for a sh*t ton of money?
+1
I think we should sell him, seeing as he's looking for regular playing time. Then again, with Benzema injured quite often if he wants to stay as a potential backup in a front three with injury prone Benz and Bale, an aging Ronaldo, and Lucas + Jese then by all means, I would take him. He's developed quite nicely in Juventus, tore Bayern apart.

Glad to see you're back btw :)
I heard many saying it's an undeserved win or that RM was lucky to win it.

I personally think you were playing against a really good Atletico side and that you had more that luck on your side. I mean it's a kind of love story between RM and the CL. 11 times. Man it will be really hard to catch you. Your team and reputation is build for that kind of competition. When i saw Ramos lifting that trophy it was kind normal for me. Sometimes you cannot explain it but it's like that. Some teams have this x factor with them which makes the difference.

To make it short congratulations again and it was well deserved.

None questioned Barca's vic over Bayern despite the crucial absences Bayern had that would have surely put the Barca's defense under more pressure they endured. nothing saying the outcome wouldn't have been the same but yet Barca's UCL vic last season was lauded as it was their first one was. So don't entertain ass and enjoy the vic if you're a fan and if you're not who cares!!!
^ Lol What does Barca have to do with this?
+2
The reason why people are saying Madrid didn't deserve it is because its Real Madrid. People expect flawless performances from the very best teams from start to finish and Madrid had a number of hiccups along the way but still made it to the end. Even if Atleti were struggling, people would support but with madrid being Madrid, people expected more. At the end like Cr7 said, Real showed that they had more experience which played in their favor during the Pks.
" I dont know who this started with"---Arbeloa, as the Bernabeu fans laughed.

Oh Arbie we goin miss you.

Reports are Carvajal is out of the Euros, sad moment for a great player speedy recovery Carvie.

Vazquez > Marcelo > Bale > Ramos > Cristiano

I didn't see this coming from Zidane. Such confidence and total trust on Vazquez to start the penalty shootout. Not really sure what to make of that but for Zidane to place the least experience player on the team out for first blood in penalty is truly one of the ballsiest decision from Zidane. Not even Simeone had the balls to place young Carrasco on the first 5 penalty takers. Truly amazing!
I doubt Zidane chose who would take the first penalty. in moments like these u want your players to step up on their own... the players know whether or not he is confident, not the coach.

im also sure Griezmann chose to take the first penalty despite missing one during the match. If it were up to the manager, im sure he would have chosen Torres.
+2
This is Real Madrid boyz those penalties were practised quite a few times leading up to the game and its incumbent on the training staff to apply different scenarios to the practice, Zizou has been using Vasquez as his first relief sub for a good stretch so he knew if it was going to go to penalties it would have been more then likely that Lucas would have been on the pitch. And I think he showed in practice that he is cool and consistent in his shots.
Just re-watched the game. Pepe in ultra beast mode. Capping off what has been a great year for him.

Too bad no one will ever talk about it. His extra curricular shenanigans ensures no one will ever talk about what he is which is one of the best CBs in the game.
+3
Pepe played well, but I am appalled at the antics he does.. He needs to stop rolling on the pitch for every single thing.
+3
So messi fans are more upset than barca fans and barca fans are more upset than atletico fans lmao!
+3
Isn't it nice seeing Pique put the rivalry aside and congratulating us? What a legend!

Pevjl can u please do us the honor

... and then it turns out he was a madridsta all along. What a legend lol
lol wow. fate really can be cruel. what are the odds of that happening?
Yet it's on a Barca kit.

Let's vote for our best player of the season!

Just like the post with the player(s) you think was our best. You can vote for multiple players, you don't have to vote just for one. Btw,my votes go to Ronaldo and Casemiro, since I can't vote. Also I hope you like the presentation, had some spare time on my hands lol

Hala Madrid!
NAVAS

2.6 saves per game
21 clean sheets
3 saved penalties

How amazing was he? Some of his saves literally won us games, amazing gk and Perez better drop his ideas about DDG.
+15
MARCELO

55% of duels won
84.5% pass accuracy
85% tackles won
2 goals and 4 assists

He was amazing for the majority of the season. Especially when we had all those injure problems in attack,he was really crucial. He did get fatigued and drop his form towards the end oft he season, but hey...what do you expect when the guy has no cover for his position?
+4
CARVAJAL

49% of duels won
66% tackles won
89% pass accuracy
4 assists

A workhorse, darting forward but also always running back to defend. He's becoming one of my favorite players. Not to mention how crucial he has become for us going forward,he usually has a smart option.
+6
MODRIC

91% pass accuracy
3 goals
5 assists

This is what you get when he has most an injure free season(rare sight in our team this year). Maestro,no explanation needed.
+5
CASEMIRO

62% of duels won
70% tackles won
88% pass accuracy
1 goal
3 assists

This man, with the backing of Zizou, revived our season. I'm willing to bet everything that without him breaking into the first XI,we would be far of CL and catching up in the league. he was not relevant in the first half of the season, but in the second...he did a job nobody in the entire team could, just crucial for us.
+8
BALE

19 goals
12 assists
82% pass accuracy

I had to think about putting him among thees players. He basically missed half a season, but you just can't forget his contribution when he was healthy. He has really grown,I no longer see that player that only pushes the ball up front an runs. If only he could avoid injuries...
+5
RONALDO

51 goals
15 assists
81.5 pass accuracy

7 + years of this madness...
+17
Honorable mentions:

Lukas,Ramos,Benzema,Kroos
YOU FORGOT DANILO!!!
+1
^Had more interceptions than anyt other player yesterday. :)
Zidane:

Won us the 9th. Assistant for the 10th. Manager for the 11th.

Shiny head.
+3
Ill give it to Navas not only for how amazing he was but how he was the only player to do it all season. Most of our players were poor under Benitez and even when Zizou first took over but Navas was consistent from the start to the end of the season. Saved us many times and has now become the first Central American player to win a Champions League.
+1
1st- Cristiano. Consistent goal scorer and clutch player, saving our team right when we most need it.
2nd- Navas. Consistency and fighting spirit made him look like our defenders are 5 star players.
3rd- Tie between Modric/Carvajal & Kroos for being reliable and dependable starters.
Oh no not again!

Lol, someone editted my post and broke the image. doesn't work now. Worked when I posted it.
Congratulations guys! Enjoy the feeling for as long as you can. I thought Bale had a really good game. Please send him back to the PL, but not to spurs. I miss seeing him play.
+4
Thanks mate. Bale's gonna stay here a little while longer though ;)
