Includes winter transfer windows as well? or only the summer?

Modric got a new contract until 2018. Good to know we have our current best midfielder committed for future.
Kroos v Atleti:

@F4f No one does Carver vids anymore. They were rare air to begin with.
+1
Very nice. He tackles, he creates, he shoots, he holds. Apart from his shot off the ricochet which was understandable, perfect game.
+1
I can't help but grin like an idiot when I see Kroos play.

Bayern should sue Madrid for damages.
James Rodriguez v Atleti:

I didn't think James was having a good game until he scored that goal which was more of a Kroos and Carvajal effort. He is probably nervous about playing amongst superstars at a massive club which is understandable. He had a few errant passes yesterday, some of them without much pressure. At the moment, he's not playing like the guy who was lighting up the WC.

For yesterday's game if anybody needs to compile Madrid players' performance vs Atleti, it should be Carvajal and Kroos. Carvajal was having a lot of fun pushing up. He was solid in defense too. Most of Atleti's attacks came from the right side. The boy has a bright future.
+1
It was a solid game from us,but the late Atleti goal ruined it,they even have the advantage now. Kroos was great, shame for the sitter he missed. Marcelo was also great,on both ends of the pitch. But the clear standout for me was Carvajal, just amazing, what an engine. Atletico has a lead to defend, now we are in a tough situation.

Also this thing with Ronaldo worries me a lot, apparently he felt discomfort in his left leg,any updates on that?
+3
Carlo Ancelotti said their first impression of Cristiano Ronaldo's discomfort (left hamstring) wasn't anything serious, but they'll conduct more tests tomorrow.
Ah,the usual Carlo answer when it comes to Ronaldo's injuries. We've been hearing that it's not serious for the last month of the past season, yet he missed most of the games than. I really hope that this time it's really not serious.
Asasiyun: Didn't I tell ya? CR7 over exerted himself last season. He's going to have these injuries bother him all season if they don't let him rest and recuperate fully.
Its possible Cristiano Ronaldo's return to a highly competitive match was premature.
Messi did the same thing last year although Barca didn't have much of an option. The team was doing nothing without him so they kept pushing him in without giving him time to recuperate. Madrid has several options in attack. CR7 always makes a difference but they should start planning for games without him because when you're around age 30, you don't recover as quickly as you did when you were in your mid 20s.
Our best player today. Toni fcking Kroos.

BOSS. CLASS.
my gosh Toni Kroos is class! should have scored a clear-ish one but he was definitively man of the match... i may not be correct but i cant remember seeing him make one wrong pass... very cool under pressure
Toni Kroos looks to be a very good signing, and he put in a near MOTM display, but I think Dani Carvajal deserves a shout too.
Kroos' football brain is out of this world. I am loving every second of it
^ Agreed. Steal of the season.
I really doubt the capabilities of Ancelotti to win the league this year. In fact i predict his job will be in crisis by the end of this year.
its not about atletico scoring , don't you see how we play , there is no pattern we are disjointed , players are lethargic , could you imagine if Simeone had half the stars we did.

To prove myself i'm not going to speak again but just remember , Chelsea , Ac milan and even PSG. The la liga is loaded with talent bottom to top than any of these league every game is a potential loss. People complain why madrid and barca spend so much, chelsea, psg aren't even guranteed top 6 in this league , if Ancelotti was their coach.
I think you didn't pay close attention to Real Madrid's performance in the second half.
or.... or.... we beat atleti on friday and madrid goes on to have another great season... :)
+1
And had Atletico not scored that goal you probably wouldn't be here.
+2
That's the spirit!!!

Go join barca fans since you like whining. These clowns whine and cry about every single Madrid match. Win, loss or draw you will always see them making more posts than us madridists. I don't remember the last post we made about their boring actors of a team, maybe none of us is bored enough to watch them play but their fans seems like they love ours :)
+1
^ LOL Join Barca fans to whine? So we have gotten over the mourinho-era victim complex? Nice. If you watched our boring players play, you'd have the team of the century at madrid. I remember you making some silly posts about our pre-season game where you thought our players were diving. Short term memory loss, I presume?
+1
This match provided another example of why Angel di Maria's presence in the squad is vital in competing for silverware this season.

His work rate, the distance he covers on the flank, and his ability to destabilize any team is crucial if Real Madrid want to combat teams that play like Atletico Madrid.
