21 days after the Tsunami, a little boy was found on a deserted beach. He survived on a driving raft for 3 weeks while eating noodles.
He told the rescuers after he was found that he had no fear because he wanted to keep living. Martunis lost his mother and 2 sisters.
His words: “I had no fear because I wanted to keep living. I wanted to see my family again and become a professional footballer.”
Cristiano heard about his story and bought a new house for him and made sure he could study later in his life.
Martunis told Cristiano that his wish was to walk the same path that Cristiano did and become a professional footballer.
Yesterday, Sporting Lisbon, the club where Cristiano begon his career, unveiled a new player: it was the 17 year old Martunis.

Ronaldo....

really hope he does well at Sporting
In the history of football, there are only 8 players that have done the 'treble' World Cup, Champions League, Balllon D'or. The three that stand out to me are Zidane, Ronaldinho and KAKA! Haha screw Ronaldo and Messi, Kaka has something these two will never touch!

ALL HAIL KAKA!
Also arbeloa have more WC ,medal then both Messi and ronaldo combined :p

All hail Lord arbeloa

That shows how WC does not really judges how great of a player you are....I dont think there was any football player ever borned who is as good as Messi. I dont see Ronaldo has any shot in the future WCs but Messi still do. That does not take anything away from Ronaldo either. Ronaldo is as great as Zidane, Kaka and mighty Ronaldinho.
@Shovwar you cannot say mighty Ronaldinho when you have Zidane in your sentence man. Zidane is mightier than Ronaldinho and Kaka combined.

^^
Ronaldo already have 2 World Cups and BTW there is a player better than Messi and he is Cristiano Ronaldo

Has anyone gotten their dreamfooty money?
not me.
It always takes a while (read: months).

I've asked Matt already, he's never not kept his word about rewards though. Not mine, anyway.
lets put it this way. I have, to this date, yet to recieve my award for even last season lol. I have tried contacting matt multiple times and have frankly stopped caring now lol.
Lol I don't have PayPal , not sure if I want to make one for DF :p
I certainly got my money for last season. Its fraud if Matt doesn't give you the money. I would have a more 'serious' talk with him, if I were you @Messionage.

When Footytube 2.0 first came out, @Raj (a mod) told me that this site made, on average, $200 a day. That was about 6 years ago, so I could only imagine how much they make now. Lol my point is, they should have no problem getting the money to us within the month.

I know Matt & co fairly well. Footytube makes enough to sustain his family and the ones of Lee & Araz.

But don't worry, I'm sure Matt will reward us one day. Just don't nag about it too much and don't completely ignore it either. Like I said: he's never NOT paid me when I won something.
$200 a day isn't a lot of money.
So we officially activated our bye back clause for Lucas Vázquez,so this means we'll have another Madridista return after a successful 1 year development away from the club.

Now i don't know much about him,but I do know he's a winger. And it not look like that when you think about Bale and Ronaldo, but our wings are so out of depth. Last year we only had Jese as a backup for both wings, and add to the the fact that he was injured for half the season and when he came back was not good at all. You can argue that James can cover on the wing as well, but he played more as a deeper left midfielder than a winger when he stepped up instead of Bale.

I hope he's good and he must be if we're picking him back like we did with Carvajal, because we are desperate for depth in attack. And remember,Bale is injure prone and Ronaldo might spend a lot of time away from the wing this season. We need another striker as well,we only have Benzema for now.

So with this being said, welcome back Lucas Vázquez!

We signed another Lucas! yeah!

Wouldn't mind adding that PSG Brazilian kid with the same name RealFan :)
So, a lovely story.... at the age of 7 a kids parents die in the boxing day tsunani of 2004. Losses his home, losses his family. A certain someone years ago made sure he paid to build a home for this same child (and others) and made sure paid for this same child's education sinc there was no one to take care od him. Today that child is 17 and has now beeb signed as a professional football player for portugal's sporting club.

the feels i just got

Man, that's a really great story. Must add that the clip showing the Umbro conversation between Pepe and his father was also touching. The feels are strong.
Well got to see Raul play today against the NY RedBulls. He looked so miserable. Maybe it's time to hang up the boots and come back home.
Miserable in what way?
Just the look on his face said it all. Looked like he didn't want to even be there.

He got subbed on at the half and basically played cam. Once in a while he would drift over to the left wing. Still shows class when on the ball but besides that it looked like he needed a cane to get around. Really slow, and basically walking around.
Bayern have made a very good signing.... for about 3 seasons i've wanted madrid to show some interest in him... very talented and still a young player..

Thank DaGaza for digging up this amazing picture :)

Can you imagine this guys hanging out and fooling around with the ball in the locker room? Still,I imagine Zidane would end up being the center of attention, just like n the picture.

Very nice artwork.
Fantastic piece.
It gives me goosebumps... just imagining, how good our team would have been if all of them played at the same time. :D
So while we were busy yesterday singing this guy LUCAS VAZQUEZ, Barcelona snatched ARDA TURAN today and possibly will snatch POGBA tomorrow. Congratulations Perez I hope you are proud of Vazquez
If you read the news, apparently Turan has joined 3 clubs already and is considering a 4th. :P
lol I was not aware of that, but its good to know haha
Apparently we're also interested in Otamendi's partner, Shkodran Mustafi.

Both considerably young and proven. Shkodran played a part in Germany's WC win and he seems to have had a great season along with Otamendi.
