Dont know how to feel about this match today.. last time a spanish team went to italy as favorites expecting to advance, barca got whooped 3-1 in the san siro.. and the had it all to do in then home game...

we should try and control the game, get the important away goal and not lose... but madrid dont really like doing things the easy way :/
Odds are about even with the betting crowd we are slight favourites but when the game starts the players know who they are playing against and odds dont mean much anymore.

And I'm half a year older than Messi. Still aiming to become Barça's all-time top scorer though!
Our game tomorrow against Juventus has a (1-1) scoreline written all over it. Im almost certain.
I personally think we have a really good chance at taking the points, they will almost certainly play more defensive then we will so we have to be careful on the counters and set plays and I think we can at least find that all important away goal.

And always keep an eye on Carlitos and close down Senor Pirlo and should be good for us.
Predicting a 4-1 agg result for Madrid. 2-0 away, 2-1 at home.
St1or get ouuttttaaa here dont jinx us!

If srs or from the future stay and tell me the future of oil prices

The crowds greeting the players in Torino as they left for practice was awesome, funny to see all the young fans waiting to see the boyz and getting to chant Juve Juve Juve at CR7 and the boyz while at the sametime hoping to get selfies with everyone...lol, fantastic atmospehre for a European Classic

Wonder whatr tickets are going for on the secondary market??

NOt bad for the most hated team in futbol...LOL:P

BTW, don't know if you guys knew or not but Ronaldo is 9 goals away from beating Messi's record of 50 goals in a single season. 3 against Espanyol, 2 against Valencia and 5 against Getafe at home.

Oh boy!
If he acted a little smarter and avoided that suspension for kicking,he would probably have a very realistic chance of setting a new record. Now I doubt it,he could try and beat his own 47 goals in a single season record thou.
+1
sarcasm detected
Its a stat and ronaldo is capable of those feats so doubt its sarcasm

3 getafe 3 valencia 3 espanyol
That would be something special haha
I am hoping for Messi to beat his own record Though....Lol.
If Coentrao from reports read is to start ahead of Marcelo in Turin, this is one time that I back Carlo's tactical decision 1000%. Marcelo for as good as he is offensively can quickly become a liability with his constant marauding forward to help the attack. With the threat Juve also poses I believe it's better to have the best defensive wall away and look to attack at home with our fans' support.
Fabio never disappoints us when he gets his chance, even though he plays once in a while against top sides after he's been on the bench or injured for about a month. I'd be happy with either players starting but we need a goal, so I would go with Marcelo.
So... Which fanbase do you guys think Hates the most on others teams? Lol

This is gonna be one hell of a discussion! xp
Brb going to buy some pringles
Well a team that has a long successful history would get a lot of hate, so Chelsea can't possibly be an option. Also, they need a well hated figure in the team that no one respects, so my guess is Manchester United. Although their fan base is probably the biggest in football, a lot of people hate them.
I think most hated club in the world is real Madrid,I have read somewhere that entire other fan bases in Spain are despising them. And sometimes their own fan base shows their hate towards the club by booing.

Most likeable club, it's pretty certain that it is Barcelona.such romantic club.

AND the worst fan bases are also madridistas, they are even booing their own players all the time..

I think am very reasonable here:-)

And the winner is 4ever!!!! give the man a balloon and party favour thankx for coming out.

Had we posted that on the Barca forumn the Boixos Nois themsleves would be knocking on our door.

Oh Footytube how I love ya!!

@Bavaria luv the bear bro was laughing my butt off.
+7
I honestly can't tell whether 4ever is joking or trolling lol.
+1
I don't think you understood the question, 4ever. Either way, bad attempt at trolling :p

The club that hates the most on other teams is usually a club that has recently seen glory days and a rise in fan base (usually kids). Usually led by an arrogant hypocrite. I don't wanna name any clubs here but we can all take a wild guess at it :p
+2
I get the impression that comment would not be taken as a joke on the Barca board, just saying Henkaa lol
@st10r, Lol,I think you misunderstood degaza intention here,I had to make some silly answer for him, all these years, you don't know degaza well:-)

@tharius, thanks for the kind words,it means lot to me

@henkaa,I think these kind of jokes are acceptable between us only,if not, forgive me..
I was hoping nobody would bother responding to this. Dagaza was obviously hinting at Barca. I think there's a slight misconception here. Most Barca fans hate Mourinho not Chelsea but I think a lot more Chelsea fans hate Barca because of Ovrebo. Barca fans' feelings towards Madrid is an obvious dislike which is reciprocated quite well by the Madrid fanbase. Barca fans don't bother about other clubs and in fact are quite sympathetic towards clubs such as Arsenal, Dortmund, Juve, Ajax.

By the way, I do remember the 4-5 years of intense hate coming out of this fanbase which reduced only a couple of years ago. Its amazing how a couple of trophies heals wounds and erases memories! ;)
+5
@4ev

I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Now that I read it over, I see exactly what you mean.

@Franky

I can't believe I took the bait. Classic DaGaza lol
Srs answer: people hate people comprise fan bases people suck
It's simple , When someone say something stupid he is bound to get hate , I'm sure had Mou said something about Iker / Ramos or carlo , Madrid fans reaction would have been quite similar to that of cules .

Franky hit the nail on the head , most cules hate mou rather then Chelsea , Although our recent history with Chelsea is not very freindly , which add more fule to hate B/W both fan bases .
+1
haha some of you really took longer than i expected to get it... Barca fan base need to take it easy on all the hate tho.... you guys are getting a reputation...
+1
@DaGaza

why don't you let us worry about our 'reputation' :p and i gave you the benefit of the doubt but it was a classic trolling/flame bait post from you.
I was expecting some hate from the city and psg fanbase after 2 years of ucl matches but nothing happened. Opportunity missed!

St1or: You're right. Dagaza is turning into quite a flamebaiter. ;)
+2
4ever of course jokes like that are okay :) But like I said I didn't know were you joking or trolling.

I actually like Barca the team. Overbo was nothing to do with Barca. It was just a bad reffing performance. It happens from time to time. And I've actually not seen anything at all mentioned about him in the chelsea forums since i started posting and reading more regularly on FT a year and a half ago.

And I think it's unfair to say Barca fans 'hate' on others the most, because I have a lot of Barca friends in real life and they are awesome. Yes on footytube they tend to post most hate/negative-related posts, whether its chelsea, mourinho, madrid or cr7 related, but you shouldn't generalise based on what you see on FT to an entire fanbase.

But yea I don't actually know many (if any) chelsea fans that would say they hate Barca. It's pretty much a oneway street.

peace yo
^ Its much easier to talk s**t on the internet so most of us say things which we wouldn't otherwise say in person. When I was younger people generally thought Barca was special even though they weren't as successful. So after the Pep era when the attitudes of people towards Barca shifted, it was just weird. People also use the internet a lot more now than they did 10 years ago which makes it easier for people to talk s**t over long distances. If footytube existed when Zidane played for Madrid or when Gullit, Rijkaard and Van Basten played for Milan, maybe they'd probably get similar amount of hate for being the best in the world. A lot of hate for barca is built sound its success.

When Mou won with Porto I was genuinely happy for him because he was ex Barca. A lot of Barca fans like to track ex players/managers/staff from their club and take pride in their success outside of Barca. When he went to Chelsea and started winning, most Barca fans were happy for him. Then when the rumors started circling about him taking over at Camp nou, the entire Barca fanbase was ecstatic. To be honest, nobody was sure about Pep when he started and most thought it was going to be a disaster. But when Pep became an instant success Mou started his bs because he couldn't handle being rejected by the first big club where he started his career. Of course we all know what he did at Madrid but my dislike for him only started after he poked tito in the eye. That to me is unacceptable under any circumstances. Barca fans hate him not just for managing madrid but the way he did it. This dislike for Mourinho is being mistaken for some kind of hatred for chelsea. I don't think barca fans care if Chelsea win or lose. The only team we really love to watch them suffer is the one where I'm typing this essay. :P
^ don't bother replying to him,Rather you talk to wall,May be the wall would understand better:-)
