With all this back and I forth i was really holding out for some good news but nooo looks like it's official Perez met with Carlos agents to discuss his settlement and dismissal.

Well whoever comes in now it's all on Perez if they don't produce and the noose will be slowly slid over his head if they don't pan out.

He better have a very good plan.

Just curios when is Perez term ending ?

And if you guys get rafa , I can bet on zidane being your manager for season 16/17 , i don't think rafa is anything but stopgap for Perez
^ Exactly what I was going to say. Maybe Perez is signing Benitez knowing he will get rid of him once Zidane is ready.
wouldn't mind seeing ronaldo leave.

and no idc how many goals he scored this season.
lol as much as I despise the idea of Ronaldo, Madrid would crumble without him.
Madrid was still Madrid before he got here. So would it?
lol.
Ronaldo is Madrid now. Taking him out requires a big shift in your play or someone to take his place

Real Madrid had super star players now they need super star coach - May be Raul or zidane
Or maybe Ancelotti? lol The guy is a star coach.
+1
lol...kids these days.

Dem kids
LOL I don't think anyone can do better then MOU in terms of getting start manager , what Madrid need I calming effect which is what Carlo is , Madrid need to sack a star from their club is and his name his Perez
+1
For anyone thinking about criticizing CR7 on his goals this season not helping Real Madrid, just ask yourself if you take away the goals that Messi didn't score that won Barcelona points in the league answer it by saying the names of who did score. Should = his teammates and without their help the task of winning gets that much harder.
I hope Carlo stays sacking him will be big mistake the guy deserves anothe chance

So today rumour in Psg gonna bid €300m fr Ronaldo . Lol just wondering would u guys take that?

With that money Buy Hazard, Aguero, Pogba, Vidal, Cech, Hummels

And ur good fr next season. Easy
Mate it's not 300M , it's 125M as reported marca and others , I don't think anyone will say no to 300M especially as Ronaldo isn't getting any younger , even 125M will be good business wise .

But emotionally I don't think even 1 billion might be enough
+2
good job platini, dropping ffp standards so oily psg can buy ronaldo. what a joke.
A few days ago the rumor was psg wanted to buy messi, adm and pogba. Lol
How is 125mil good business? Would Barcelona sell Messi for 125mil? No? Then why would we sell Ronaldo for that amount?
+2
Ronaldo will retire at Madrid like the great Zizou
@Realfan

Because Messi is worth 4 times that
+2
^ I know he's your brother and all but Madrid forum bro take it easy
lol 4x huh? well at least you're not biased.
@Realfan , this year we have already seen a transformation in Ronaldo play , he is getting more dependent on others to creat for him ,

Messi on other hands is 3 years younger than Ronaldo and his style as compared to Ronaldo's put less stress on his body , plus messi is comfortable playing in different role ( eventually I expect messi to start playing in Xavi role ) , can't say same about Ronaldo , I don't think we will ever see that Ronaldo which use to beat defenders for fun , also he have a dodgy knee for quite some while now , messi had his hamstring issue but its gone know .

Also i said business wise & mentioned emotionally Madrid fans won't want him to go for 1 billion
When it comes to Messi and Ronaldo age doesn't mean anything. Ronaldo has the body of a 25 year old, and so does Messi. And besides, Ronaldo and Messi are brand names now...like Pepsi or Nike lol.
If Perez ever releases Carlo I honestly cannot see any media or intellect ever respecting RM in anything EVER.
You've pretty much exhausted all the top coach options out there lol. The only coaches that are arguable upgrades to Carlo have already managed RM, are retired or will never manage them due to allegiances. Carlo deserves one more season with full support of RM.

Ancelotti todays press conference: "My gut tells me I will stay with Real Madrid"

"I haven't talked with the club about whether I will be the coach or not, so I am Real Madrid's coach until they tell me otherwise. We will talk this Sunday or this next Monday, that's what the club told me. I brought my staff here and I think they're elite, I trust them because I believe they are the world's greatest staff. My gut tells me I will stay with Real Madrid, I think so"

It seems like everyone but Perez wants Carlo to stay.
Who would replace him?
this article says it all why we r not winning trophies

http://thinkfootball.co.uk/will-florentino-perez-ever-change-his-ways-at-real-madrid/
Carlo said that he wants to continue at Madrid, but the decisions is not his to make in the end. After the press conference he got something of a farewell applause from the press.

I can't be the only one who feels so sad if we lose Carlo? :( He's not perfect but it's not all his fault for this bad season. Goddammit Perez, give him another chance,he deserved it more than anybody..
+4
another chance for what? 1 more year? just delaying the inevitable.
I totally agree Pevjl. It wasn't his fault.

Carlo has brought so much good into our team, and Perez selling and bringing players at his own will didn't make his job any easier. I saw our team play some of the best football ever under Carlo, but inconsistency and injuries ruined our season. Carlo's biggest fault was not rotating players on time.

He proved his worth and he got my vote to continues.
+2
This is Carlo at Chelsea all over again
Sacking Carlo would be an idiot move
+2
Perez has the mentality of corporate ceo and runs the club like a company. He needs to fire coaches because he has to pass the blame to them. If he doesn't he will have to admit that the coach deserves a chance since things other than his decisions were the cause of the debacle. All of that requires him to offer explanations which are football related and will turn the focus on to his decisions. It's much easier for him to find a fall guy, spend a bunch of money and move on. I'm not sure how the board and socios haven't learned from perez' first stint?
