TBH I'm watching the G Bale "hate campaign" closely and hoping... We could seriously do with him at ManUtd :D
Khedira is a player well suited for the arsenal kind of game, he would be great there so wenger need to do everything in his power to get him there. Fantastic player that was very unlucky with injuries but now is his chance to change and live up to expectations. I wish him nothing but good luck.

Is the possible ban/fine for the Calma or for him grabbing his dick'n'balls at the ref?
Accoding to el dia despues he didnt grab his balls to the ref

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=gmiVrU_IS6s

asked if he liked being cheered by barca supporters.. but only ronaldo and ref would know I guess... the punishment is for the celebration
What the f**k is wrong with that celebration? Unless players are racist or discriminating then they should be allowed to do any kind of celebration. Next thing you know they will get banned from doing the shh, or pointing to the sky or sucking their thumb.

Is Marcelo the best attacking Left back in the world..?
I actually think so..
He has good technical skills, dribbling,Pace, trickery,Good crossing and passing..
He has some flaws defending wise tho...but he makes up with the attacking abilities he has..no other LB comes to mind who is better than Marcelo attacking wise imo...
Alaba is better defensively but attacking wise i rate Marcelo above him..
+3
IMO, no LB or RB comes close to Marcelo's attacking abilities. I think he is just as vital for us as Ronaldo and Modric. He a good defender, but he's problem is usually to involved in attack,so he tends to leave that left side open behind him. But ever since Isco joined that left side of the field,it has been rock solid, those 2 work great in defense.

Marcelo is definitely the best attacking full back, and also one of the most entertain to watch. Still, looking at all time greats, there is one other Brazilian that comes to mind :)
+2
@Pejvl

Marcelo is good but watch some Bayern games. Alaba plays LB/CB/CM/LM/CDM/CAM and is fantastic in attack.
being versatile =/= being best
+2
Alaba doesn't play centre-back though. But basically any position that's not GK, CD or CF is one he's deployable in. And I rate Alaba as the best LB in the world by quite a margin. Marcelo is great as an attacking wing-back, perhaps the best (though Alba and Alaba are near his level too), but overall Alaba is definitely better IMHO.
+1
@Futboll

thanks for your input. What makes Marcelo the best attacking full-back in the world?
Alaba actually does play in CB and has multiple times this season.
I was questioning your argument that Alaba is better because be can play in so many different positions!

When we meet Bayern in the finals of CL, Marcelo will show why he's better :p

Khedira confirms it's his last season with Los Blancos.
There was a period of time under Mou when he was actually really really good. But even then, you could see his limitation, especially when creativity is the case.

We made a mistake keeping him and not selling him earlier. We could have kept Casemiro,he could have been crucial for us when we were in the middle of injure crisis. And now he will go for free.

Can't say that I'm really sad to see him go,but I'm at least grateful for his effort, even thou the was injured more than he played. Good luck Sami,I hope injuries are behind you.
Thank you Sami

He always did give his best... he was also part of the "revival" of Real Madrid from the very first day. One of the first players Mou brought on to help us get rid of that last 16 curse and help us re-establish ourselves as a competitive side in general.

He was never really the type of player Carlo found too useful for his system... though since Carlo entered the club he may have only had Sami at his disposal for a total of like 5-6 months.

Funny how he was injured for like 4 months then came back just to randomly play a CL final, won it and then went and won the WC in the span of a month lol
+3
Khedira is a player that does everything in his hands both for club and National team, really hard working player, PASSION!
Amazing how a third division Swedish Futbol team switched there plane tickets last minute as to avoid an 8 hour lay over in Dusseldorf Germany to catch 3 flights that would have brought them home earlier, and subsequently that flight Germanwings 9525 crashed into the French Alps killing all 150 souls on board.

RIP to all those who lost thier lives:(
Are these people really serious about fining or even go as far as banning a player for showing fans to come down, helping them reduce their stress levels? But he was doing a good deed. Plus those hooligans booed him at every chance they had when he got the ball. So it's alright for them to act like hooligans by booing a superstar, i thought hooligans only boo cows and goats! Silly me!
trying too hard
+5
If Ronaldo is punished for doing the calma calma.... Barca fans should get punished for booing, taunting, and saying racist and abusive chants. Just my two cents. It's easy to sit up here and judge someone but none of you all have gone through what he has and he has the right to express himself just as much as the fans do.
+1
"none of you all have gone through what he has"
So you know all of us personally then? Ronaldo's life hasn't been the easiest, but it's pretty f'in far from the hardest.

"and he has the right to express himself just as much as the fans do."
No he does not. And the fans don't have the right to do or say whatever they want either. No one does; freedom of speech is a ridiculous concept unless it's got some boundaries in our society. That said, there's not a lot wrong with what Ronaldo did, apart from the fact he looks like a total arrogant asshole when he does it. No reason to punish him for that though.
+3
Jordi Alba once put his middle finger up to the fans in Bernabeu and didn't get punished for it...

https://stilettosoffutbol.files.wordpress.com/2013/03/jordi-alba-middle-finger.jpg
+2
Messi also once kicked the ball at Madrid fans and wasn't punished so giving Ronaldo any kind of punishment for that celebration would be a joke.
+7
IMO that is.
As I've said it's one set of rules for Barcelona and another for the rest of the league.

Nice one, what a way to get back at RM for not allowing the CDR Final in their stadium. Go and punish a player that has done that since 2012 and NO-ONE in the entire world found that an issue.

To show how much of a stooge the La Liga President is to Barcelona, how come if that's such an issue why then didn't any sanction of such start when a certain Raul did as such at the CAMP NOU sooo many years ago to silence the crowd by equalizing to end the game as such to the dismay of Barcelona's fans?
He looks arrogant does he @Jeroen? So how does it look when we lost 5-0 in the Camp Nou under Mou and G.Pique and co. held up their hands to bare their palms in a signal to represent the 5 goals scored what do you call that.

Oh how NOT the arrogance that gesture was. I don't know the ages of any of you here, but unfortunately I for one am not as young nor as stupid as you may think these fans to be to accept your post of CR7 being arrogant for simply saying calm down.

Since every corner of the pitch is surrounded by Barcelona fans any area picked to celebrate a goal should be deemed as inciteful if you're going that route.

BS all this is because we all saw CR7 do likewise in 2012 when we won that game and NO-ONE questioned it so why now?

So sorry if you can't get to celebrate a possible CDR final win in the Bernabeau and the only way to show your dislike for RM for not allowing such is to sanction a player for doing something that's been seen as ok for 3 yrs now.

Messi didn't look like total arrogant ass hole when he kick the ball at Madrid fans. All fines and punishments are only for Madrid players. All barca players are good boys.
+1
I dont see any barca fan backing this ronaldo's punishment here. So I dono what's stirring up the madrid fans here
+10
That's because you're an EPL fan not La Liga. Have been around from the start when this has happened to both teams where one gets no punishment (Barcelona)and the other gets all (RM).

If not keep quiet.
Rakeshh, it's the campaign against Madrid. But it's ok, it's the Mourinho effect.
+8
Trust a Barca to say as such. When for three years it wasn't any issue but now how after the statement of incite that the talk of not hosting the final at the Bernabeau was also mentioned.
@Zizou

He didn't put his middle finger up. He had his index finger up to say Messi's #1. That was just a bad angle.

+2
No way is that an index finger. Try pointing your own index finger and see how straight it would be relative to the back of your hand. Then try that with your middle finger too.
+1
I don't know why people here are acting as this punishment is to appease Barcelona and is because of Barcelona , acting as LFP haven't done anything stupid earlier .

Funny enough his last calma celebration was quite self contained and not so energetic , even if that was not the case then I don't see a reason why one will take an offense from that celebration .

It ronaldos celebration is deemed to be offensive then LFP should ban every celebration as now days anything can be claimed as offensive .
@St1or

You're actually right, found a picture that proofs it. At first I really thought it was his middle finger.

https://stilettosoffutbol.files.wordpress.com/2013/03/jordi-alba-index-finger.jpg
@malik

Earlier this season to fcb fans, if madrid got a penalty it meant that LFP were being bribed by perez in an attempt to stop barcelona from winning the league so I dont think fcb fans should complain about being brought into a subject that has nothing to do with them.

My only take on this is that's its already stupid just to consider any sort of punishment but like u said... its not like LFP havent done anything stupid earlier
+2
@Dagaza, I think that penalty thing was just a regular / normal sort of claim which both fan bases had made at some point in time , remember uefalona & laligalona ?
+2
Lol,why is it now.it is ridiculous to act something like th th this now, where we're these lfp when ronaldo pushed pep infront of barca fans or when mou poked in the eyes of late tito.why they are acting Like saint now..
^ Or when messi hit the opponent's supporters or when busquets called marcelo a monkey... lets try to be a little less biased...
^ true,or when pepe stomped messi hand,or Ramos elbowing every possible opponents in the air,or ronaldo blame referees for every rm loses against us or he showing his crotch everywhere, there are hell lot of incident;-)
@St1or well my bad.
this forum is salty as f$%^
+3
The biggest club in Spain and possibly in the world with a history of favoritism in Spain complaining about different set of rules for barca? Now I've seen it all. Mourinho went to Chelsea but left his victim complex behind.

Anyway LFP is on a roll this season making stupid decisions. There is nothing wrong about cr7's celebration in my opinion. So its another one in the series of dumb things that happens in la liga. You're allowed to step on people's hands or legs as long as the ref doesn't see it but you're not allowed to mock the fans or taunt the players? Lfp swings into action to conduct investigations into crowd interaction but fails to see hundreds of videos on YouTube showing on field violence? I'd rather have them punish cr7 for kicking mascherano than his celebration.
kicking mascherano? lol thats a kick?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-P7ZSCgFBwc

lol would be more likely to see Mascherano get a 4 month ban for that world class acting. not the first time he's done that tryin to get people sent off neither...
+2
4 month ban? Hahaha the same game where ronaldo did his trademark getting hit by the wind dive?

Oh and Ronaldo is never violent. He never kicks or elbows players. He's just competitive and came from a poor family so life was really hard for him.
+1
@DaGaza: Ofc its a kick - its against a Barca player if you know what I mean :p
"did his trademark getting hit by the wind dive?"

difference is we're not asking for punishment for Pique ;) ... see the difference there?

tell me something.. are you guys over that whole { madrid penalty = LFP favoritism } stuff yet? u lot were whining and crying so much, now when u managed to go on top it all seemed to stop... must just be a coincidence though.
+1
^oh,the irony,lol.
Yes Dagaza its not a kick. Just an unnecessary nudge with his leg. This is why I think the ethical standards in Spain are despicable because of fans who try to justify bad behavior. what's the big deal if he just behaved like an asshole? Pepe stamped on messi's hand, mou poked tito in the eye, ramos, Marcelo, arbeloa pretty much everybody has done similar s**t. Its minor. Big deal right? Let us keep playing with lowest ethical standards and pretend everyone else is wrong to react to it. Bravo!
+1
blame mou, he started everything. lol
Dagaza: enough of insinuating that people were "whining" out of jealousy because madrid was on top. Check the penalty statistics for the first part of the season and compare it with the 2nd part and see the difference in numbers. in case you didn't realize barca got to the top only last week while the penalties have dried up for a whIle now.
+2
Why would you ask for Pique to get banned :/ no one even touched him. See the difference ;)?
+1
You guys make me chuckle :D
alright guys..
who our the top five defenders this season?
I think Marcelo deserves a Balon D Or for his monstrous performance lately.
