This was probably the most unexpected result. Everybody including me presumed Russia would be going through. If they had beaten Germany in that final game, how different things would have been. Truly a shame that they and Hiddink won't be around in the WC.

Wow! Out of the running. Time to rethink the strategy I guess. Every goal matters and they couldn't muster up the strength to get a goal in Slovenia. Its a shame considering all the good players who will not be in South Africa now because of this result.
