I'm pretty sure that as long as Vergara remains owner, the team will not win any titles. He doesn't understand that he needs to invest in players. Over the last decade he has sold every player of value, and hasn't invested money to replace them. Now he finds himself in deep trouble for having a team with no stars, and even then he's not willing to spend the money. Vaquerito morales was one of the few players that worked his butt off last season, and instead of spending money on bringing nestor vidrio, he decided to spend less money by giving away a very promising player.

They say he's in talks to bring in Salcido, the issue is he's willing to give up Araujo in order to get a player that is near retirement. If chivas is to compete with the top clubs, we have to add quality, not exchange players with terrible deals, like giving up Arellano for cherokee, or apparently now in order to get gallardo back from queretaro, apparently were giving up cherokee..... Definitely not what we need. We need increased quality to increase competition. And Vergara isn't willing to pay for it, so it's not happening until he leaves

Vergara is killing the team.. What can I say other than many people knew this guy would ruin chivas..

His "work" with chivas is not done, you see chivas isint in the second division yet.
