we played as major underdogs and lost 1-0 in minute 88 to a defensive mistake
not only would i rather have lost by penalties its that i felt like Bahrain is so rich and prosperous,.. why do they need this titile and why cant my poor country win something
why cant our players return as heros
but when i saw that Handicapped Bahraini player crying it cooled me down alittle bit.. because money doesnt buy everyone happiness.. but a moment like this can for that man.
Either way i raise this Red Smagh up high because the boys from the wee country were able to make it that far, its devastating we couldnt repeat Beirut 97 or Amman 99
but i still remember Doha 2011 as a vast vast memory.

im a 50/50 Jordanian Palestinian and proud of it so i will be proud of my patriotic Neutrality

Losing 3-1 to them was a slap in the face especially because i was in school during the game getting game updates from my cellphone and so where my loads of Iraqi friends :P
When we scored i laughed at them in the Hallways but then we lost 3-1 and i never heard the end of it from them :P
and in Amman too :(.. but its ok because Iraq qualifys with us and we still have the greatest goal tally in the group with 10.. Iraq and China having 7 and Singapore having 1
