I think we had an okay game, but result was bad. We dozed off trying to hold on to a one goal lead. Dybala had a horrendous game. I hope he gets his confidence back. Costa was amazing again. I liked how Marchisio played, but I think he got tired in the second half, which is understandable given his injury this season and lack of playing time. I hope we show more determination against Napoli this weekend.
typical Juve...always prefer doing the hardwork

well...to the title decider this Sunday instead...
just some league math

if Juve beat Crotone, while Napoli lose to Udinese

come Sunday, if Juve win against Napoli = Campione for the 7th in a row
Napoli losing to Udinese might be a tall order. We just can't afford to drop any points at Crotone, because the pressure will definitely be on for that Napoli game.
pointless math is pointless.

I told you guys already back in fall that Napoli will drop points come March and we will be champions again.

I am not the least bit surprised or worried. Plus a strong game vs Milan and it's another 3-1.

If Serie A gets this TV deal and when more than half the league has their own stadium, money will come in and maybe then things will change.

At this point we will be champions every year until one of the teams makes a deep change.
Good win. Costa is an animal. Team gets another clean sheet. 6 point cushion on Napoli is particularly helpful with looming games against both them and Inter.

+2
A beauty of an animal. I was hoping he would score that shot that came close just so he got to hear his name be shouted by the fans in the stadium.
40m for him is a bargain on the current transfer market rate
We need another one of him and we're set. Martial would be great. Pjaca and Bernardeschi, I'm not too sure about.
Milan 0-0 Napoli

time to distance ourselves from our closest title challenger

Juve-Samp lineup

-------------------Buffon--------------------
---Howedes-------Rugani--------Chiellini---
Cuadrado-Khedira-Pjanic-Matuidi-Asamoah
-------------Mandzukic--Dybala-------------
Claudio still not on...no news why either.
well, what a crazy round in Europe

Roma made the impossible, possible

Juve nearly following suit, but not enough

Lazio self-destruct after taking control

as for Sampdoria, we still haven't forgotten what u did to us earlier this season. I hope they go all out since we've 2 more title to go for. Failure in UCL while not winning both the title can be considered as an "underachievement" for this Juve
that was the 1% slight chance i was talking about earlier

really proud of the team tonight

for u still talking about discrediting the team effort, we're 3 AWAY goals down

we're fighting the best team in the world in their fortress and score our own 3 away goals

its only a soft penalty that send us out of UCL...cruel ending for Gigi, but hell yeah, i'm proud of what the team shown tonight. Forza Juve

It's not a question of being proud. They thoroughly shocked me with that performance, BUT...

The Thuram-Cannavaro partnership has yet to be surpassed (they played in a FAR more competitive league and both were WC finalists and any team in the world at that time would have traded their 2 starters for them, FACT!) The MVPP midfield was f'ing gorgeous. Has it been surpassed? Nope. At that time, any team with the exception of 1 or 2 would have traded their midfield for them. Up front, Dybala tends to fade in CL. Higuain had a much better tournament than Dybala, in fact, so did Mandzukic who performed better than either one of them. Our team is aging, and has been getting marginally worse with every passing year since the dismantling of our midfield MVPP. I don't care about serie a, the league is dead for now. We have the oldest squad out of all the big teams in Europe. We need to start spending or we are finished. Yes, I'm a pessimist, but that enables me to see things that others can't.
Scipio. Hey don't get me wrong bro. I'd nothing against those who like me(positive/optimist) and those who weren't

as the matter of fact one of the reason i love this board is bcoz we've different kind of opinion. Yeah, we argue, and our opinion clashes sometimes, but not to the extend of silly argument that resulted in name-calling to banning to such as we saw in some of the threads here
Guys, it was a penalty. Soft, but they've been given for less. Blame the defenders for losing the aerial battle and leaving another completely unmarked 3 yards from the net. Remember the holes I've mentioned in the past...
+5
I would not blame anyone after this performance if I were you. I think it was 50/50 at best and fact is,if it was the other way around we would not get that penalty.
+3
doesn't matter. I believe after the first leg 90% out of this forum believe Juve were out maybe except for me and few others.

really proud by the performance of the team tonight

as after all, they needed a last gasp penalty to send us out instead of comfortably winning by 5-0, 6-0 on aggregate
Gave us a run for our money. I feel bad that Buffon had to be sent off, I think Juve deserved extra time but Benatia had other ideas.

+1
I'm just proud of this team you did everything to go through and you deserved it more than Real.
This was not worth a penalty imo and God knows what could have happened without calling it a penalty and sending Buffon out.
