LOL @ Tavecchio crying about the lawsuit...

He is throwing the 2 Scudetti on the table just to avoid paying. Although I'm pretty sure it would only be 1. The one that wasn't handed to Inter.

It's just too bad for him that we deserve both the Scudetti and the money.

FIGC to go bankrupt...lol
He is getting scared :P
So the death threats against Conte were in poor taste and a bit much, not to mention a very premature reaction. I was just as upset as the next man regarding Marchisio but we have to show more class than that, especially when it comes to someone who's done as much for us as Conte.
These are very sad news. To threaten somebody who ultimately is just trying to do their job is deplorable.
John Elkann's comments were very very tasteless and it fuelled the reaction from the mindless fans.
I do not know much about him nor I know what his role is in the team besides being a mascot in a flashy suit but after this incident I don't have much respect for him. Everything we have now is because of Conte, if it wasn't for him we would still be fighting for CL spots.
Elkann is the heir apparent of the Agnelli family (from his mother's side). CEO of Exor who owns most of Juve, so yeah :)

But, I didn't get his statement either. Conte trained these guys for years and our injury numbers were actually LOWER than before and after.

Although I think these death "threats" are exaggerated by FIGC. Just because some anonymous tweeted that he'll kill Conte, it doesn't mean he should be afraid for his life. That stuff happens every day on the net...
On a lighter note, I went to FedEx Field today (home of the Washington Redskins) for one of the much-maligned international friendlies (Argentina vs El Salvador)- would never have considered going except for the fact that they were bringing Messi along, and I figured that there won't be many chances for me to watch Messi LIVE and in person.

Needless to say, I was EXTREMELY disappointed when he didn't even get a sniff of the game, even after being repeatedly shown on the big screen and the fans having chanted his name every 5 minutes since the 20th minute.

All was not lost however- I got to see others in the flesh and playing, namely our own boys Tevez and Perreyra. Perreyra seems to just be getting better with every outing, possibly growing in confidence seeing that he does belong at the high level he's reached, and Tevez, who missed a few chances, was still their most dangerous man. Other present (Higuain) and past Serie A luminaries (Pastore and Lavezzi) were on show, all subpar probably owing to the freezing temperatures.

All in all, got to see them live (save for the Great One) and enjoyed a halfway decent game in frigid conditions. Not too bad.

Glad you enjoyed it i also heard they played the wrong national anthem for El Salvador lol
Yeah, they did, and the team and fans were insanely upset- that particular gaffe may have cost the stadium hosting any more such games for a while.

Also, I didn't realize how many El Salvadoreans there are in this region- of the 53000+ in attendance, only about 20% were there for Argentina.
I looked at the Italy squad for today's game. It's depressing. Conte is playing it safe as usual, wondering if he will use our attacking talent when they come back from injury.
They will finish 2nd most likely too.

Conte doesn't use 3-5-2 as it is supposed to either. It's a bit annoying really.
If it wasn't hard enough, we have to win the Coppa semi-final without Pogba and Marchisio. I'm not exactly confident that Allegri will do major rotations vs Empoli even though a improbable loss wouldn't effect our Scudetto chances.

Even with Pirlo, the 5-3-2 won't inspire. The only chance we have I think if we win 2-0. Overtime will probably be dragged to penalties and then it's 50-50.

btw if anyone is counting, we'll have 8 matches in April. If we count May 2. then 9 matches in 4 weeks.

rotation galore...

Fingers crossed that this is true.

Amazing news!! He is suppose to be out for 2 weeks according to reports in Italy
XD
Such a damn shame for Marchisio and he was playing so well
Great article regarding Beppe Marotta

http://gianlucadimarzio.com/en/calciomercato/marotta-keeps-getting-results-but-little-respect/
FOR FUCKS SAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!

CLAUDIO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:(((((((((((((((((((((((((

I'm going to cry.
This is very bad news.
What the heck is going on? Yes, injuries can happen anytime, but they are particularly galling when they happen during the international break.

Anyone know if the FIGC compensates clubs whose players get injured during the international callups like they do in England? Or is the FA the anomaly in Europe?
six months...
Now we're screwed.
We are fcuked big time
Can anyone find the highlights for the U19 France vs Azerbaijan game? I would love to see Coman's goals
