I silently rage quitted last night
I said it in the preseason - Our defense has major leaks.
LOL. When your tactics are built around defence, and still concede tons of goals.

That's what I call ironic.
Douglas Costa literally gave 2 goals for Juve

yet Allegri prefer Mandzukic when he's already proven ineffective for the majority of this match

i'm hoping for another Juve against Barca, bcoz if this one shows up, expect another 3 goals conceded, at home.

I know right! Berna and Costa have been good for us, yet continue rotting on the bench.

Not just personnel choices like Mandz and Cuadrado, who have been on the steady decline. Berna played much better and he was first to go off.

Our formation and tactics are so easily exploited:

1. Our defensive/offensive line is SO deep we could probably find the wreckage of the Titanic. When you play so deep, it takes a much longer distance to get to the opponent's goal. More distance means more time. More time means our opponents are usually back in their defensive positions by the time we reach the halfway line. We don't have players nearly fast enough to make a decent attack over that kind of distance.

2. Our "Wingers" are a scam. They are not wingers. They are defensive LM/RMs. Look at how many times Mandz and Cuadrado have to turn back and pass to our CBs. They can't take on their man like Costa or Berna or Dybala. In an attacking move, they are a waste of possession. We sacrifice TWO of the most important positions in modern football, just for some defensive cover. And still concede goals for fun.

3. Non-existent midfield. Look at how our play goes. Pjanic and Khedira barely touch the ball. When the opponent attack, once they clear our forwards, they reach our defenders with no midfield pressure. I've said it before and i'll say it again, we CANNOT play two CMs with players like these. Look at the 2nd Samp goal. Zero midfield cover from Pjanic and Khedira at all. Their midfielder was free to waltz in and shoot on his own time.

So pissed, especially after the international disappointment. Bottom line is, it's easy for our opponents to play good football against us, even for the likes of Benevento. We need a change in tactics, and also to give our attacking players a chance.

with our current from, vs Barca's, it would be a kind of miracle if we hold em for a draw in Turin, let alone a win..
